Erdaojiang, also known as the second Songhua River, is the source of Songhua River, and together with Nenjiang River, it is the two major tributaries of Songhua River.

Second Songhua River: Located below Fengman, it is the middle reaches of Songhua River and flows through Jilin City, Jiutai, Dehui, Qianguoerluosi and Fuyu. At Daan, it joins Nenjiang River and flows eastward to Harbin to the lower reaches of Songhua River. The tributaries along the way are Yinma River and Yitong River. Today, you can visit the second Songhua River in Songhua Lake in Jilin City, or take a boat from Fengman to Birch Forest, and take the branch of Changbai Mountain to enjoy autumn scenery.
