The bidding for equity investment and general contracting of Hainan Island Tourism Highway Project was won by CCCC Fourth Highway Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., CCCC First Bureau Group Co., Ltd., CCCC Ocean Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., CCCC Second Highway Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., China Highway Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Second Bureau Group Co., Ltd., China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and China Railway Hainan Investment and Construction Co., Ltd., with the winning bid amount of 93577201. Hainan Island Tourist Highway has been approved by Hainan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and the project owner is Hainan Provincial Communications Investment Holding Co., Ltd. The main line of Hainan Island Tourist Highway is about 1 1,000 kilometers long. The design is mainly based on tourism function, supplemented by transportation function, and about one-fifth of the whole line can see the sea. Hainan Island Tourist Highway is positioned as "the first scenic highway on the coast of China" and is a landmark project of Hainan International Tourism Consumption Center. Located on the coast of Hainan Island, with a planned total mileage of about 1000 km, it runs through Haikou, Wenchang, Qionghai, Wanning, Lingshui, Sanya, Ledong, Dongfang, Changjiang, Danzhou, Lingao, Chengmai and other coastal areas.

The main line of this project subject to tender is 988.2 kilometers, of which 453.5 kilometers are newly rebuilt and 534.7 kilometers are utilized. The total length of the connecting line is 44 1. 1 km, of which 58.3 km is newly rebuilt and 382.8 km is utilized. The total length of the branch line is 5.948 kilometers, of which 5.948 kilometers is newly built and rebuilt. The walking path is 8Km, and the cycling path is 43.438+0 km. There are 38 new bridges 138 (including 29 new bridges 129 and 9 new bridges), 65,438 new culverts +023 1 38 new culverts, 78 new culverts, 22 grade road intersections 122 and 65,438 non-grade road intersections. The construction contents include subgrade and pavement, bridges and culverts, route crossing, traffic engineering and facilities along the line, environmental protection and landscape design, and tourism supporting service facilities.
