Three red flags symbolize that three divisions formed by Xingguo participated in the second revolutionary civil war. On the front, group carving is a battle scene in which Xingguo people and the Red Army fight against "encirclement and suppression". On the back is the touching scene of Xingguo people's mothers sending their children away, their wives sending their husbands away and their brothers fighting for the battlefield in the Second Revolutionary Civil War.

It is 2.3 meters wide and 8.5 meters high, symbolizing that during the Second Revolutionary Civil War, 85,000 people joined the army to rejuvenate the country with a population of 230,000.
