1 Method 1: Direct flight

It is most convenient to fly to Tengchong. Tengchong Tuofeng Airport is located in Tengchong County. Several flights have been opened to Tuofeng Village in Qingshui Township, which is 10 kilometers away.

The flight cities that Tuofeng Airport has opened include: Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Dali, Guangzhou, Lijiang, and Chongqing, of which Kunming has six round-trip flights every day. There are also two flights to and from the famous tourist city of Xishuangbanna.

Since there are many flights from Kunming to and from Tengchong, tourists from other cities can choose to transfer to Kunming and go to Tengchong. The flight from Kunming to Tengchong only takes 50 minutes. Therefore, air tickets for this route continue to be in short supply, and the discount is not large.

From Tuofeng Airport to Tengchong city, you can use the following two methods:

1. Tuofeng Airport has an airport bus that goes directly to the city.

Route: Airport - Airport Hotel opposite Dieshuihe Waterfall Scenic Area, ticket 10 yuan/person;

Time: County departure time 7:30-22:00, airport The morning flight is at 8:00, and the last flight is the last flight to the port.

2 Method 2: Take a long-distance bus

There are two bus terminals in Tengchong, across the street. Among them, Tengchong Passenger Terminal has more buses than Tengchong Bus Station. This is also the terminal station in western Yunnan. There are direct long-distance buses to Tengchong from Kunming, Dali, and Baoshan every day.

Another way is to take a flight to Baoshan first. Baoshan has flights to Kunming every day. It is very fast and convenient to go from Baoshan to Tengchong. There is one civil flight from Kunming to Baoshan every day, making Baoshan an important transfer station in western Yunnan. Here you can transfer to Liuku, Dali, Ruili, and Tengchong. National Highway 320 also passes here, and you can reach Myanmar via Tengchong.

3 Method 3: Take the train to Kunming and then transfer to the bus

There is currently no railway passing through Tengchong. You can only take the train to Kunming and then take the bus to Tengchong. Kunming Bus Terminal (South Station) has a direct "Gao Kuai Bus" to Tengchong at 9 a.m. every day, which costs 270 yuan and takes about 9 hours on the road.

Bus

Tengchong County *** has 5 buses. The most commonly used ones by travelers may be connecting to the tourist bus station. Take bus No. 2 to Heshun Old Town and bus No. 6 to Heshun Ancient Town. 1 yuan coin is required, and the last bus is around 20:00 p.m.

Taxi

The starting mileage of Tengchong taxis is 2.5 kilometers, and the passenger fare is 6 yuan (including fuel surcharge); an additional 1.5 yuan is charged for every 1 kilometer beyond 2.5 kilometers; at night (23: 00 to 6:00 the next day) The starting mileage of passenger transportation is 2.5 kilometers, and the starting price is 10 yuan (including fuel surcharge). An additional 1.5 yuan will be charged for every 1 kilometer beyond the starting mileage; the free waiting time is 5 minutes, and every 3 minutes beyond the free waiting time There is an additional charge of 2 yuan.

Bicycles

Double bicycles can be rented at the Tengchong County Government and Tengyue Cultural Park, and single bicycles can be rented opposite the Workers' Cultural Palace for 1-2 yuan per hour, 10 yuan/ sky. In addition, you can rent bicycles at Guanfang Hotel with a deposit of 200-300 yuan and 10 yuan/day.
