Wudang Mountain go on road trip Travel Guide Wudang Mountain Travel Notes

Wudang Mountain, as one of the holy places of Taoism in China, enjoys a high reputation. It is also one of the cradles of China Wushu. Together with Shaolin Temple, it is also known as Taishan Beidou in Wulin. Wudang Taoist Temple is built on a towering mountain peak, giving people a magnificent aesthetic feeling. Here, I would like to share with you the travel strategy of Wudang Mountain.

At the end of April, Ding Younian, a group of six of us came to Wudang Shanxi Shinto Moon Stack for a retreat. Although I only stayed for four short days, everyone's heart is engraved with a deep brand, which is unforgettable! ?

On the first day, just after the Vietnam War, it was cloudy, and soon it began to rain. The two of us arrived first, waiting for the arrival of the three of them (the other one came two days late). In the evening, five people got together, drinking wine excitedly and meeting for the next day's shooting.

Early the next morning, I had a tea chat in the study, and then I learned the first and second styles of Baduanjin from Herry Liu. I went to my hometown to buy wine in the afternoon, and I saw the reality and enthusiasm of the mountain people for the first time. After dinner in the evening, Chang Jing and his family walked along the mountain road to the big stone on the edge of the cliff and took many photos with the mountain as the background. On the way back, He Xin, who was traveling with him, pulled back a branch that was cut off by the roadside. We were very surprised. He explained that this branch was enough for a day's firewood. After coming back, the monitor and Zhou Jie photographed the star track, which is said to be very successful. ?

On the third morning, Bi and I walked down the mountain road yesterday. After the rain, the sea of clouds suddenly appeared in front of us, white and flawless, floating slowly in the valley, picturesque and beautiful! ?

After breakfast, Liu Xi's sister taught the four of us to learn guqin. When we first came into contact with Guqin, I was deeply moved by its melodious voice.

In the afternoon, I went to Quanzhenguan Village, an ancient village, with people from Vietnam War. We're going to take pictures. Liu Yun, the person in charge of Yuezhan, wanted to send zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival to the villagers, so he sent two cars to the village. ? When Liu Yun first came to Wudang Mountain for practice, he lived in Quanzhenguan Village for five years and forged a deep friendship with the people in Quanzhenguan Village.

We first went to the former site of Quanzhen Temple, which was built in the Tang Dynasty. Now only the big stones on the ground are the pillars at that time. There are three houses on the east side of the pillar, which were later repaired. They were used as schools, and then they were abandoned. These three rooms are now transformed into a club for drinking tea, playing the piano and chatting. It is such an old site, and its beauty surprises us! There are towering mountains on three sides and a quiet and peaceful village on one side. In the yard of the former site of Zhenguan, two thousand-year-old ginkgo trees stood there quietly, overlooking the changes of the world. ?

We came out from the real scene and went north to send zongzi to our fellow villagers. Difficult to climb over a mountain and come to the home of a fellow villager. ?

On the other side of the mountain, there are three families. Liu Yi and Lan Xin wrapped zongzi for them one by one. All three families are headed by women. The first one is a woman in her fifties, and her mother, who is in her eighties, seems to have been injured. Her waist is bent, and dinner is eaten at her house. The second family is an 80-year-old grandmother who lives alone, grows several acres of land and raises six cows. When we took her picture, she was chanting that it was getting dark and she wanted to take the cow home. ?

The third is the daughter's home of the second grandma. My daughter's husband can't work after a stroke, because of her hard support. ?

All the children of these three families have gone to town, and no one has stayed in this remote mountain village. Middle-aged and elderly people from three families live hard and tenaciously in this mountain. All three families are thinking about Liu Yun, and they will never forget him. When they left, they caught the chicken and took the eggs and goose eggs from home. Speaking of bringing chicken back to stew chicken soup, I must make Liu Yun drink more bowls. ?

Unexpectedly, I cried twice in this small mountain village. ?

For the first time, the first sister cooked us a table of delicious dishes: fried bacon with bamboo shoots, fried eggs with Toona sinensis, fried lettuce, fried sauerkraut and delicious oil cakes. These delicious dishes face the mountains, the gorgeous sunset behind the mountains, the 80-year-old bent grandmother and the adobe old house. They are kind and warm, even mixed with suffering and complicated feelings. ?

The second time, I returned to the first place from the back hill. The first place is the villagers' house rented by Liu Yun during his internship in Quanzhenguan Village. We had to go down to Vietnam War, and Liu Yi had to stay there alone to meditate, read and practice. In just a few days, Liu Yi, a quiet girl, always talks with a gentle smile and looks at you so clean. Sunny went up to hug her goodbye, and I turned to tears! ?

One afternoon, I climbed a mountain and left seven or eight farmers to give zongzi. Seeing He He asking about their true feelings with the villagers, we felt the hardships and persistence of this group of practitioners, and our hearts seemed to be washed! ?

In the evening, everyone photographed the orbit of the star again. There were many stars on this day, and the shooting was very successful. ?

On the fourth day, I learned the third and fourth styles of Ba Duan Jin in the morning. In the afternoon, I came to the study to talk with Liu Yun about the past and the present, and asked questions that everyone didn't understand. Talking about Kan Kan's Floating Clouds has answered our doubts one by one. ?

In the evening, the six of us ate the last dinner of the Vietnam War, talked about the gains of this trip, and talked about yesterday's trip up the mountain. The eyes of the monitor, Zhou Jie and everyone are wet.

During this trip to Wudang Mountain, everyone realized the power of traditional culture, the difficulty of practitioners and the persistence of the road of practice have gained a lot. May we all walk on the road of spiritual practice!

Early in the morning, I was awakened by a bird and suddenly realized that I had slept in my bed at home. That bird is a bird in the house, not a bird in the forest, but it is particularly crisp today, no less than the bird in Wudang Mountain. Maybe it was beautiful, but I didn't want to enjoy it at that time. ?

Six days ago, when we were sitting in a tattered red hatchback taxi and crawling along the mountain road with strange noise, I wondered if we had come to the wrong place under the wooden sign that said "Moon Stack". After all, we have too many Taiji masters, Chinese medicine families and Chinese studies masters, and we have been fooled too much. Here is behind Wudang Mountain, and the road leading to the mountain is called Shen Xi Road. We didn't see the Taoist temple, nor did we see pilgrims and travelers going up the mountain. ?

The young man who came to meet us is called He Wen. He wore a light gray Taoist training suit, and his hair was slightly curly and tied behind his head for a long time. He has a faint smile on his dark face. Without the hospitality and enthusiasm of the waiter, he led the way with a box in his hand. ?

Several dogs barked and ran from the distant Woods, and Li's classmates were scared to hide. Rhubarb dog jumped on me and almost licked my face, which scared the baby to death. This is a real welcoming ceremony? That's a little too enthusiastic. ?

Walking through the gate, I felt another world. Several Chinese-style houses with white walls and black tiles are hidden in the mountains and forests. You can see the mountains outside the mountain from the inside, and you can only catch a glimpse of the corner from the outside. The house was transformed from the earth house of the mountain people, and the original earth wall was retained. The beams and columns of the wood structure supported the tile roof. The main courtyard hangs in the middle of the slope, and two old osmanthus trees stick their heads out from under the wooden floor. Two houses with attics are arranged vertically in the west of the North Yard, and the front garden has a unique shadow wall. There are two independent single-story wooden houses on the opposite half slope. Go up the zigzag steps along the east edge, the corner is the teahouse or study room, and at the end of the top of the slope is the empty classroom or practice table. This is almost all about the moon stack, simple and pure. ?

It's just, where are all the people here? Is there WiFi here? The crane asked with a smile, saying that the cell phone signal occasionally floats a little at the top of the slope. There is no need for WiFi here. There are not many people here, and they will see it sooner or later. A few words are an understatement, but how can I live without a signal and WiFi? ?

Come safely, don't expect too much, choose a room to have a rest first! ?

The rooms reserved for us are in two rooms in the main courtyard. The layout of each building is similar. There is a public hall on the first floor, one bedroom has a bed, and there are two bedrooms in the attic upstairs. They are all tatami-style rooms, which are low, narrow and dark, but the furnishings are very exquisite. Guqin wildflowers, hats and clothes are simple and natural without any luxury. ?

We chose a room on the first floor to lie down, worked hard all the way, and soon fell asleep. After waking up, I felt bitten by some insects, only to find that many bees and winged ants were parked in the small window with light. Bathing in the independent public toilet, I found a Okumo. In the wild forest, this used to be their home, but our arrival was a bit strange. ?

It's raining in Mao Mao outside. Before my companion arrived, I sat on the porch and enjoyed the silence and freshness in the rain aimlessly. ?

I began to notice this child. He always looks at me casually from a distance. After meeting my eyes, he pretended to be busy with other things. After a while, he sat on the porch in a small bamboo chair, lowered his scissors to cut the tall grass on the ground, and slowly approached me from a distance. ?

I waved to the child, and he immediately ran happily and took a picture of you, okay? He refused to show me the scissors in his hand. Go and get all the dogs, will you? He immediately ran to the kennel, bent down and put his head into the kennel, shouting the dog's name. Only his round little ass is exposed outside the kennel, and children over two years old are still wearing open-backed pants! ?

Children and dogs? Children have absolute authority over dogs, and dogs follow them wherever he goes. I found five dogs, big and small. Later, I learned that rhubarb dog was called Jiujiu, a kind of hound, and the first dog I found here. His temper has changed a lot since he came here. He is always mean to the two cats at home, but he is kind to other dogs and foreign guests. The other two older dogs, Cher and Guoer, are Jiu-Er's own companions. The two newly born donuts and Kim are descendants of Cher, and the family lived in harmony in Vietnam. ?

The child's name is Mao, the son of the owner and Herry Liu here. We soon became friends, and he was very loyal to his friends. "Let's have tea!" Although he didn't speak clearly and coherently, following the direction of his finger, we knew that he was going to invite us to the wooden house for tea. As soon as the voice fell, the dog ran past. ?

The wooden house is small, standing in the forest, with a terrace outside, a bed and a separate bathroom inside, especially a big window with branches and leaves within reach. I decided to move here. ?

Boiling water, on the terrace, the children personally serve tea, which is skilled and quite hospitable! ?

Children and dogs are our earliest friends in the inn, and we still can't live without them for the next few days. ?

Three meals a day, the children are shouting: eat! Then take a plastic Chinese-style chest covering and eat it slowly on your small desk chair. Just learned to use chopsticks, there is always food falling under the table, and the dogs are already there waiting to help him clean up. ?

But every time we go out, at least two dogs lead the way. We walked slowly and they waited in the distance. When we get on the bus, they will follow the car at a distance. Every time we come back, they are the first to come over and make out with you. Welcome home. ?

Children and dogs are not the protagonists here, but they are indispensable fun here. ?

There is a dog barking outside, accompanied by the exclamation of men and women. I don't know if I was scared by the dog or by the beautiful scenery in front of me. My companion has arrived!
