Paris three-day tour guide: Paris three-day tour itinerary
Paris is an international metropolis and the birthplace of world fashion. French romantic elements can be seen everywhere in Paris, which has a unique European flavor of life. You will wander around the romantic city, looking for your own love and persistence. This is a three-day trip to Paris.
This trip is a temporary plan, so it is a short trip. It will start on Friday afternoon and return on Monday morning. The real time to go to Paris is two days and one night, on the weekend.
Hello, Paris
The first time I went to Paris was five years ago, and my impression of Paris was not very good at that time. In addition to the chaos, the unpleasant smell of the subway station also left a deep shadow on me.
This trip refreshed my impression of Paris. The subway is much cleaner and there are fewer tourist spots and street vendors. Probably because of a terrorist attack. There are armed patrol soldiers on some streets and famous scenic spots, which makes people feel much better about security.
Personality Pack
My friends and I prefer walking on the streets instead of taking transportation directly to visit each attraction, so we choose to walk most of the time.
I think this way, you can better feel the true face of a city, and you can also discover the casual beauty of a city.
Although this is not very efficient, I have also become familiar with the map of Paris in the past few days. The next step is to record this short three-day trip.

Day 1:
Arrived at Aroport de Paris-Orly airport at 4:30 pm, which is only a short distance from the center of Paris. At 13 kilometers, it is the second busiest airport in France after Charles de Gaulle.
Our hotel (Mercure Paris Gare Montparnasse Hotel) is just a few hundred meters near Gare Montparnasse station, so you can take the airport bus Direct 1 directly after leaving the airport, and you can only buy tickets after getting on the bus. The ticket price is 13 euros per person.
Before booking a hotel, I checked online the security levels of different areas of Paris. Overall, the south bank of the Seine has a pretty high safety rating.
After the tour, the first stop is the Louvre Museum. The Louvre will be open until 9:45pm on Friday, so you can visit the Louvre in the evening.
Louvre Exit
Unfortunately the weather was so bad it was raining so it wasn't too early to arrive so I had to take a quick stroll inside.
I was shocked when I saw "The Wedding at Cana" (The Wedding at Cana). It was so big, I had no idea it was that big!
Although I had heard that this was the largest painting in the Louvre before, and I had also seen it online, when I saw the real thing, I was still stunned!
Because there were so many people, they didn’t take all the photos.
My favorite sculpture is the Sleeping Hermaphrodite (Sleeping Hermaphrodite), although it is a replica.
I am always sleepy, so I have a good feel for beds. Besides, I can't help but admire such skills when I think that I can carve such a soft and comfortable mattress and sleeping position out of such a hard material.
"The Sleeping Hermalodites"
After coming out of the Louvre, we walked in the rain for about half an hour and ate at a French restaurant in Le Bouillon Chartier dinner. This restaurant has a history of more than 100 years, and there was a long queue at 10pm.
Bouillon Chartier
Luckily, we were quickly given a table for three. We ordered snails and duck liver as appetizers, and ordered different ones for the first plate so we could share and taste. Unfortunately, we didn't get to taste its "duck confit".
The taste is very good, especially the steak. The sauce it uses is very good. Foie gras and escargot are also delicious. Compared to chicken, average. After a big meal, the first day of the trip came to an end.
Bouillon Chartier
From 010 to 10:10, I got up early in the morning, had a hearty breakfast at the hotel, and then went straight to the nearby train station. The main arrangement today is Versailles (Palace of Versailles). Take the train from Montparnasse station and get off at Versailles-Chantier station. It takes less than half an hour to walk to the Palace of Versailles. The ticket office is on the roadside before the Palace of Versailles. There is a service point with the word "Information" written on it.
The Palace of Versailles
At the Palace of Versailles, apart from using a tripod and flash, you can take photos casually, which is much better than the Palace of Madrid, Spain. The paintings, murals, and interior decorations on the ceiling are so luxurious that I can't imagine spending more manpower and material resources to build them.
The Palace of Versailles
The gardens are also magnificent and very large. Although the weather was terrible, it was sometimes sunny and sometimes rainy, which did not dampen the interest of wandering around and taking photos.
Versailles
At Versailles, we also had afternoon tea at the century-old Angelina restaurant.
The three desserts we chose were delicious!

After visiting the Palace of Versailles, return to Paris or get off at Montparnasse Station and go to the Eiffel Tower. At this time, it is time for tourists to take photos with the Eiffel Tower. Haha, I must do it again!
Paris
I found the Portuguese seafood chain Pedra Alta for dinner online, and we also found one near the Champs Elysées. Unexpectedly, it was super popular. The waiter told us we would have to wait about 45 minutes. Unexpectedly, we had to wait for an hour and a half for the food to be really delicious, but because the wait was too long, we lost our appetite.
Pedra Alta
I think if I had to do it again, I would not choose to wait so long. I've since learned from friends that no matter how popular a restaurant is, you have to set a baseline, say half an hour, when it comes to waiting. Otherwise it’s really not worth it.
The next day:
Since I was very tired on the second day, I went out a little late on the third day. This day's itinerary is to "walk, walk, walk" and walk around Paris.
The first stop is "Xidi Island" in the city center. The main attractions are: Sainte-Chapelle, Prison and Notre Dame Cathedral. You can buy a package ticket to visit Sainte-Chapelle and the Ancient Prison together.
On the way to "Cidi Island", I passed by the Luxembourg Garden (Jardin du Luxembourg), where the French Senate is located at the Lucerne Palace. The entire park is very exquisite. Many people are doing morning exercises along the way, and it feels full of healthy and positive energy.
Luxembourg Palace
The next step is "landing on the island"! The first stop is Sainte-Chapelle, which was built on the order of Louis IX in the 13th century. Like Notre Dame de Paris, it is also a Gothic building. It was once the royal chapel. From the outside, it looks quite small, and I don’t think it’s anything special. But when I went up to the second floor and saw the colorful window puzzle, I was absolutely stunned. The biblical stories on the stained glass are matched with the royal patterns on the wall, representing the noble blue walls and ceilings. The golden decoration is so wonderful. I feel like I am in a colorful and romantic paradise (automatically ignoring the tourists around me) ).
Saint Chapelle
After coming out of Sainte-Chapelle, I entered the nearby ancient prison of Paris. As soon as I was stunned by the beauty of Sainte-Chapelle, I felt that the ancient prison in Paris was simply too monotonous. However, by visiting the cells at that time, we will have a more three-dimensional understanding of the French Revolution. I can still see some of Queen Mary's relics and some paintings, but I still feel a little sad when I see one of the paintings depicting her leaving home before her execution.
Notre Dame de Paris
As a world-famous must-see attraction in Paris, Notre Dame Cathedral is naturally indispensable. On the way, we passed a flower and bird market, which was exactly the same as in China. Someone was holding a puppy and asked us if we wanted to buy it. After visiting Notre Dame, I suggest you take a walk from the outside to the back of Notre Dame so you can appreciate its architecture. And there is a small garden in the back, which is a good angle for taking pictures of Notre Dame.
The accordion is indispensable in Paris
The second stop is the Sacred Heart Temple (sacr-cur) located on Montmartre in Paris. When I was in Paris last time, I saw this temple from a distance in the city center and it was very beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn’t allow it at that time, so I secretly decided that I must go here next time I go to Paris.
Temple
Wander through the streets of Paris, slowly climb up the Montmartre heights along the narrow paths, and eat a crepe around the Montmartre market. Take a break. Climb to the garden in front of the temple to overlook the scenery of Paris. I have to say there are a lot of tourists.
Street Food
The style of the temple is Roman-Byzantine and looks solemn. Today is Sunday. Mass is still held in the temple. It is really rare to visit a temple while listening to hymns.
Temple
Another destination in Montmartre is Le mur des je t'aime, located in Park Place Jehan-Rictus near the Sacré-Coeur. Whether you have a partner or not, you can take photos here and eat some "dog food" by the way.
Full of "I love you"
There are many places in Montmartre that have the flavor of street art. If you like, you can take a stroll.

Finally, we came to the last place in the plan: the Arc de Triomphe, which is also the symbol of Paris One of the landmarks that needs no elaboration.
Arc de Triomphe
For dinner, we chose Ty Billig - La Petite Bretonne, a crepe restaurant near the hotel. This is a family restaurant from Finistère, Finisse, in western France. It specializes in traditional pancakes, featuring cider and juice. There are three shops nearby. The store has some traditional costumes and decorations from their hometown.
Li Xianke Cake
We ordered the special dish - duck platter crepe, but the waiter served us the wrong scallop seafood. In the end, I changed to two duck-flavored ones, so you can try two different flavors. The saltines are not the same as those on the street. This one is very thin and crispy, made of soba noodles, and with rich duck meat and duck liver, it feels delicious.
You can visit Montparnasse Station when you have time. There are many crepe shops there, so it can be called "Crepe Street". Usually the crepes in my impression are desserts made with ordinary flour, so here you might as well choose the one you like and sit down and taste the salty crepes.
The Dirty Owner and the Dog
The weekend trip to Paris is over. Although this period of time was short, it deepened my impression of Paris. I also seem to feel the romantic artistic atmosphere of Paris.
Find the beauty on the right.
When I traveled to Paris five years ago, I felt that Paris was too big and I couldn’t go anywhere. Five years later, I went to Paris. I felt very relaxed and went to all the places I wanted to go in an orderly manner. This is also a kind of growth!
Lover's Lock
Actually, there are still a few places I want to visit during this trip, but I haven't eaten anything I want to eat.
Among them are the Musée d'Orsay and Monet's former residence. I have never eaten Shuffley in Paris.
However, there is no reason to go again until I have some regrets. I know my next trip to Paris is not far away.
