What should I pay attention to when going to Qinghai?
Matters needing attention in traveling to Qinghai
Traveling to Qinghai for the first time, in fact, everyone is concerned about how to play well and how to plan the route, but people often ignore the safety issue.
1. Climatic characteristics Qinghai is located in the northeast of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, with an average elevation of about 3,000, Xining elevation of 2,200, and the first line of Dunhuang and Zhangye, with an average elevation of 1.300 ~ 1.500. The air in Qinghai Plateau is relatively dry, with strong sunlight radiation, relatively low temperature, large temperature difference between morning and evening and windy. Winter is long (165438+1October to March), spring (April to May) and autumn (September to 65438+1October) are short, and summer (June to August) is cool and pleasant.
1. In spring (April-May every year), the lowest temperature at night is about MINUS two degrees, and some high-altitude areas are about MINUS five degrees. The highest temperature (in a clear afternoon) is around 20 degrees. It is windy in spring, and there is snowfall in mountainous areas, so the temperature difference between morning and evening is large. At this time, you need to bring thick winter clothes (cotton-padded jacket, thick down jacket, hat, mask and sunglasses) to Qinghai, and take measures to prevent wind and keep warm.
2. Summer (June-August every year) is actually the best season to travel to Qinghai, and the climate is cool and pleasant. The highest temperature in Qinghai is about 28-30 degrees, and the temperature around Qinghai Lake is 2-3 degrees lower. Because the temperature is low in the morning and evening (the lowest temperature is about 8 degrees), you should still bring long pants and long trousers. The temperature around Qaidam Basin and Qilian Mountain is similar to that of Qinghai Lake, which is cool in the morning and evening, and summer clothes are mainly used during the day (but it is necessary to prepare for sun protection in the morning and evening and take corresponding warm-keeping measures. In Zhangye area of Dunhuang, the temperature is high this season, with an average temperature above 30 degrees. In the hottest time, it is enough to wear summer clothes, so be sure to do a good job of sun protection.
3. Autumn (from September to 65438+ 10 every year) Qinghai enters autumn, the weather turns cool, the temperature drops, and there is occasional snowfall in high altitude areas. The lowest temperature is about 6℃, and the highest temperature is about 20-25℃. It is cool in the morning and evening, and the coat is essential (friends who are afraid of cold can prepare a velvet coat or a thick coat), and long pants and trousers are essential. When the weather is fine during the day, you can change into skirts or summer clothes. It's best to prepare a pair of leggings for taking pictures in a skirt. In Zhangye area of Dunhuang, the temperature is still hovering around 30 degrees, so summer clothes should be worn. Autumn scenery in Qinghai has a unique flavor, and it is also a good choice to travel to Qinghai this season.
4. In winter (165438+ 10 to March of the following year), the lowest temperature is about minus 20 degrees, and the highest temperature is about fifteen degrees above zero. When the wind blows, it feels cold, and there is a lot of snowfall in high-altitude mountainous areas. Be sure to bring thick winter clothes such as down jackets.
Qinghai Gansu is located in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in the northwest of China, with abundant sunshine and strong ultraviolet rays all year round. Necessary items: sunscreen (the higher the grade, the better), hydrating mask, sunglasses, hat (the climate in northwest China is dry and windy, and hats can prevent headaches caused by long-term wind blowing), lipstick, and anti-inflammatory drugs for colds (to prevent colds and acclimatization, due to the large temperature difference between morning and evening in Qinghai, you must dress and undress regularly as much as possible. In Qinghai, cars are the main means of transportation, and friends with motion sickness can prepare motion sickness stickers or motion sickness medicines appropriately. In Gansu, Qinghai, the climate is dry, so it is recommended to drink more water and eat more fruits and vegetables to supplement vitamins.
The Qinghai-Tibet front is located on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and the problem of high rebellion has always been a concern of many friends. In my opinion, as long as people are not particularly weak, people with chronic diseases or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases generally don't have much problem, as long as they pay attention to rest before coming to the plateau and try not to let themselves catch a cold. If you catch a cold before going to high altitude areas in Qinghai, you'd better postpone or cancel your trip. After all, it is not easy to get over a cold at high altitude, and if a high fever is accompanied by a cold, it is easy to cause pulmonary edema. Many slight hyperreflexia are caused by personal psychological reasons or poor rest. If you really don't feel at ease, you can take anti-reflexive health products such as rhodiola within one or two months before going to Qinghai. If time permits, it is suggested to stay in Xining for one day to adapt to the local altitude. For those who have slight reaction, it is suggested to take Danshen dripping pills, inosine oral liquid or ginseng buccal tablets, and drink a little glucose to alleviate the slight overreaction. You will get better after getting used to it within 1-2 days after you arrive at the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. But in some high-altitude mountainous areas, such as Dadongshu Mountain Pass, Qilian 8 1 Glacier, Delingha Hala Lake, etc. It is recommended not to do strenuous exercise.
2. Qinghai is located in the northwest of China, northeast of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, bordering Xinjiang in the northwest, Gansu in the north and east, Sichuan in the southeast, and Tibet in the south and southwest. The sources of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River are all in Qinghai, and Qinghai Lake, the largest inland plateau saltwater lake in China, is also in Qinghai. In Qinghai, the mountains are towering, the terrain is diverse, rivers crisscross, and lakes are dotted. Kunlun Mountain runs through the middle, Tanggula in the south and Qilian Mountain in the north. The vast grassland is undulating, and the Qaidam Basin is endless.
Here I will focus on Qinghai Lake, Chaka Salt Lake and Dunhuang Ring Road, which I think are better scenic spots.
