Preparation before going to Tibet:

1. Psychological preparation: although Tibet is sacred, it is not a forbidden area. The most difference from traveling to other places is that Tibet is a plateau, and it is mainly inhabited by Tibetans. First of all, don't be afraid of the plateau. For ordinary people, going to Tibet is nothing more than a trip to the plateau. Even if there is altitude sickness, it is normal, and generally it will not lead to life-threatening. Moreover, the medical conditions in Tibet have been greatly improved, relieved and treated. So, if you don't have any heart, blood, lung, brain and other diseases, you can go ahead.

2. Material preparation: This is also a question often asked by a tourist in Tibet. It seems that when you enter Tibet, you have to prepare a lot of things in advance to meet your needs in Tibet. In fact, Tibet is now very developed, and basically everything that can be bought in the mainland can be bought in Tibet. Moreover, due to the improvement of traffic and the development of business, the price is not as expensive as the legend, so if you don't have any special needs, ?

3. About medicines: generally medicines can be bought in Tibet, especially those for treating mountain sickness. It should be said that more medicines are better in Tibet, but according to personal habits, you can bring cold medicines, carsickness medicines, painkillers, glucose, gastrointestinal medicines, etc. If you want to take medicines for preventing mountain sickness, you should take them a few days in advance before going to Tibet (although it is not very useful).
