Tokyo Osaka Traffic Guide

Tokyo and Osaka, two cities in Japan, are one of our favorite cities and one of our famous tourist destinations. So how do you take a bus between the two cities? It's actually quite simple. Bian Xiao will show you about it soon!

Of course, the most convenient way is to take the Shinkansen. The train runs comfortably, with spacious seats, short time and many trains (every 10 minutes on average).

Note: There are three different trains from Tokaido Shinkansen to Osaka, namely Hope, Guangming and Echo.

Although the stops to Tokyo and Osaka are the same, the stopovers are different, so it takes different time. If you want to go back and forth between Tokyo and Osaka, remember to take the fastest "Hope".

Time consumption of different trains:

のぞみ: About 2 hours and 30 minutes.

ひかり: About 3 hours.

こだま: About 4 hours.

However, it should be noted that if you use the "Japan Railway Pass", you can only take the "ひかり" or "こだま" train.

At the same time, if you go to Kyoto, it is also applicable to take the Shinkansen. The previous stop in New Osaka was Kyoto.

price

The free seats of the three trains are the same, except that the designated seats of the "ひかり" (light number) and "こだま" trains will be 3 10 yen cheaper, which is basically the same.

Free seats-13620 yen (about 856 yuan, free seats are on a first-come-first-served basis, and there is no room for standing)

Designated seats-14450 yen (about 908 yuan, designated seats have been allocated, there must be seats)

Green car (equivalent to first class seat)-19230 yen (about RMB 1208 yuan)

to buy a ticket

JR station window purchase or online reservation

Advantages:

Convenient-both the bus and the station are in the city center.

Express-It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to get to downtown Osaka.

Comfort-the train is quiet and the seats are spacious and comfortable.

Disadvantages:

Is expensive.

Coach wants the most economical way to travel, so taking a coach is the best choice.

According to different operating companies, bus fares are different and models are different.

The price will be determined according to the date, day and night and seats.

About price

Different companies will launch some discounted air tickets from time to time. Recently, I saw that the "WILLEREXPRESS" bus launched a daytime bus departing from Shinagawa (nearby Otaki Station)/Shinjuku on weekdays, and the cheapest price was 2,500 yen.

Generally, daytime flights will be cheaper and evening flights will be more expensive.

Approximate price range:

During the day -2500 ~ 6600 yen

At night -5200 ~ 1 ten thousand yen

But traveling at night can save one night's time and accommodation expenses and sleep directly in the car.

Generally, vehicles operating at night will have relatively comfortable and spacious seats, which can be semi-recumbent.

The car can be recharged, and some models have WIFI and independent screens.

Main boarding and alighting points in Tokyo: Shinjuku, Shinagawa, Akihabara, Tokyo Disneyland, Ueno, Tokyo Station, Asakusa and Ikebukuro.

Main boarding/alighting points in Osaka: Mei Tian, Nanpu, Osaka Station and Sky House.

Time: about 9- 10 hour.

Advantages: the price is cheap, with a minimum of 2,500 yen (the latest preferential price may change from time to time).

There are many bus stops, which are convenient.

Disadvantages: It takes a long time (about 9- 10 hour).

Cheap flights in Japan are relatively cheap, generally the one-way price is between 250-600 RMB (excluding the price of checked baggage), depending on the travel time of course. But the cheap flights from Tokyo to Osaka are all at Narita Airport far away, including the time and transportation costs from downtown to the airport.

Unless the air ticket is particularly cheap, the cost of money and time is actually quite a lot, which is quite tossing.

time consuming

Downtown Tokyo → Narita Airport: about 1 hour at the earliest, and you need to arrive at the airport at least 30 minutes in advance 1 hour.

Flight time: about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Kansai Airport → downtown Osaka: about 1 hour.

It takes about five hours to add up to a * * *, which is quite difficult to tell.

Advantages: the price is cheap.

Disadvantages: You need to change to different means of transportation many times, which is quite tossing.

Ordinary JR trams are in no hurry, and they like to play as they please along the way. Then you can buy a "Youth 18 Bus Pass", and you can take the JR tram once a day for five consecutive days. It is suitable for all lines of JR in Japan (including Pukuai, the ordinary car only provides free seats, excluding Shinkansen and Express), and the boarding and alighting places are not limited.

However, it should be noted that there are prescribed use time and sales time.

Price: 1 1850 yen

Place of purchase: JR stations "みどりの" (ticket office).
