Spring Airlines Co., Ltd. is the first low-cost airline line operated by private capital in China and the first low-cost airline run by a travel agency. Spring Airlines is the only survivor of the first batch of private airlines in China. It is the first low-cost airline in China, with a net profit of 201/kloc-0 exceeding 470 million yuan, and it is the most successful low-cost airline in China. Headquartered in Shanghai, it has bases in Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai Pudong Airport, Shijiazhuang Zhengding Airport, Shenyang Taoxian Airport and Yangzhou Taizhou International Airport. Spring Airlines Co., Ltd. was approved by the then Civil Aviation Administration of China (now Civil Aviation Administration of China, Ministry of Communications) on May 26th, 2004, and was established by Spring Travel Agency with a registered capital of 80 million yuan. It set sail successfully in about a year. The maiden voyage took off from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport at 6: 438 +08 am on July 6, 2005 for Yantai, Shandong.

At the beginning of its establishment, there were only three leased aircraft Airbus A320, which operated domestic air passenger and cargo transportation business and tourist passenger charter transportation business. With an average attendance rate of 95.4%, Spring Airlines has the highest passenger load factor in domestic civil aviation.

As of August, 1965, the fleet size reached 37 Airbus A320 aircraft, 180 seats.
