Why is it called Tianma Island?

Shandong Tianma Island Tourist Area is located 16 kilometers north of Junan County, Linyi City. The tourist area covers an area of ??46 square kilometers, of which Tianhu covers an area of ??20 square kilometers and Tianma Island covers an area of ??26 square kilometers. The main peak is 662.2 meters above sea level. It is the crown of the mountains in southeastern Shandong. It is surrounded by natural lakes on three sides. The lake water is clear, pure and sweet, embodying the Jiangnan poetic charm of "mountains are seen in paintings, and water is listened to in music". The mountains and rivers complement each other and the climate is pleasant.

The tourist area consists of two parts, Tianhu Lake and Mayi Mountain, that is, a mountain and a lake. The lake is surrounded by mountains on three sides and merges into one, so it is called Tianma Island Scenic Area.
