1. Click the camera icon to take a photo or select an ID photo from the photo album and confirm. The system will automatically identify and fill in the identity information. Enter the mobile phone number, residence and detailed address, and fill in the mobile phone number of relatives.

2. Enter the vehicle brand, vehicle color, vehicle specification, frame number and engine number.

3. Take photos and upload one of the vehicle invoices, receipts or commitment letters.

4. Take photos and upload photos of electric cars.

5. Click the "Submit by Appointment" button to submit the signboard installation registration information, generate a screenshot of the QR code to be reviewed and save it.

Field treatment

1. Carry ID cards, purchase invoices or receipts for electric vehicles and other related procedures. After arriving at the installation point, the two-dimensional code to be audited generated by the system will be presented to the staff, who will review and install the signboard.

2. If there is no invoice or receipt for car purchase, you should fill in the Letter of Commitment on the Legal Source of Electric Vehicles, which needs to be stamped by the community or unit or signed by more than 3 neighbors.

3. Dismantle all the illegally installed awnings in advance, and do not install signs if they are not completely dismantled. The accessories on the rear bracket should be removed in advance, and the mounting holes of the number plate bracket should be reserved for quick installation.

4. After collecting relevant information, the on-site staff will issue and install green identification number plates for two-wheeled electric vehicles that meet the standards of electric bicycles in the Technical Specification for Safety of Electric Bicycles.
