Three basic conditions that a tourist destination or area must meet

China Tourism Law, Article 42 The opening of scenic spots shall meet the following conditions, and the opinions of the tourism authorities shall be listened to:

(1) Necessary tourism supporting services and auxiliary facilities ;

(2) Have necessary safety facilities and systems, and meet safety conditions after safety risk assessment;

(3) Have necessary environmental protection facilities and ecological protection measures.
