Xinchang belongs to Shaoxing city, Zhejiang province.

Xinchang County is located in the east of Zhejiang Province, south of Shaoxing, bordering Fenghua District and Ninghai County of Ningbo City in the east, Tiantai County of Taizhou City in the south, Dongyang City of Jinhua City and Pan 'an County of Jinhua City in the southwest, and Shengzhou City in the west and north, both of which belong to Xinsheng Basin with a county area of 1,213 square kilometers. Xinchang is one of the first pilot areas of Zhejiang's high-quality development and construction of * * * and affluent demonstration zone.

It consists of five scenic spots: Nineteen Peaks, Qianzhang Valley, Chongyang Palace, Taitou Mountain and Daotuoxie.
