How to open a travel permit?

Legal analysis: Persons who have been approved to work, study and settle abroad for more than one year must go to the designated health and quarantine organ or hospital to apply for the International Travel Health Certificate. The general procedure is:

(1) Prepare my passport, ID card and two photos;

(2) Go to the Health and Quarantine Bureau or the designated hospital counter to get the form on an empty stomach;

(3) Check the items required by the physical examination form one by one;

(4) After all inspections are completed, return the form to the reception room;

(5) According to the inspection results, the Health and Quarantine Bureau or the designated hospital will fill in the relevant contents on the International Travel Health Certificate and sign and seal it, which will generally be delivered to me within two or three days.
