eLong Travel Network cancels the order, which is divided into the following six steps:

1. Log in to eLong website as a member and find "Dear Member, My eLong". Here, the order is classified into several entrances. If you want to cancel the hotel order, click the hotel order to proceed to the next step;

2. click "view order progress";

3. Click "View More";

4. When the page is pulled to the bottom, you can see "Cancel Order", and then click to cancel;

5. After clicking, "Cancelled successfully" will pop up;

6. Return to "Dear Member, My eLong" and you will see that the order has been cancelled.
