1, labor economics
Labor economics is a very important branch in the economic discipline system. It is a subject that studies the economic theory and system of optimal allocation of labor resources on the premise of market economy and from the perspective of human labor and human resources. Labor economics systematically introduces the labor economic theory and its latest development under the condition of market economy, as well as the analysis methods and means of labor economic theory. Through teaching, it is required to master the basic labor economic theory and its analysis methods and means, so as to correctly understand, analyze and solve the labor and human resources problems in economic construction.

2. Organizational behavior
Organizational behavior is an important part of modern management, involving psychology, politics, sociology and anthropology. It interprets people's behavior patterns and laws in work organization from three levels: individual, group and organization, and studies and answers the interaction among individuals, groups and their organizations in the organization, as well as the influence on the performance of individuals and the whole organization. Learning this course will not only help people adapt to the organization they live in as soon as possible, but also optimize their behavior in the organization and improve their work performance. It is also helpful to become an excellent organization manager.

3. Introduction to Human Resource Management
This course is an introductory course for human resource management majors. This paper mainly introduces the related contents and main activities of human resource management, and not only gives a general explanation of human resource management from a theoretical point of view, such as solving the problems of human resource management concepts and understanding by introducing human resources, human resource management, the emergence and development of human resource management, human resource managers and human resource management departments, and human resource management environment. It also introduces the main activities of human resource management from a practical point of view, including job analysis, human resource planning, recruitment, training development, performance management, salary management and other main functions.
