I. Overview
Jiuzhaigou is named after nine Tibetan stockades in the ditch. It is 540 kilometers away from Chengdu, and the driving time is 8- 10 hour. From 65438 to 0992, Jiuzhaigou was officially listed in the World Natural Heritage List.
"Jiuzhai returns without looking at the water" is a true interpretation of Jiuzhaigou scenery. There are 65,438+008 Haizi in springs, waterfalls, rivers and beaches, forming colorful jade pots in Yaochi. The combination of flying and quietness combines rigidity and softness, and the visibility is as high as 20 meters. The six landscapes of Changhai, Jianyan, Nuorilang, Shuzheng, Zharu and Black Sea are distributed in a "Y" shape. Cuihai, Waterfalls, Colorful Forests, Xuefeng, Tibetan Love and Lan Bing are called the "Six Wonders" of Jiuzhaigou. Experiencing Tibetan customs in Jiuzhaigou's ancient Tibetan stockade is also a major feature.

Tips:
1) You need to miss it twice in the peak season to buy tickets in cash. First, you just started selling tickets (everyone wants to go into the ditch early to catch the first trip to see the earliest scenery, and they all want to go early without queuing to buy tickets. . . . So you know) Second, after 8: 30, this time is the time when a large number of tour groups go into the ditch (many people can imagine).
2) Jiuzhaigou implements the policy of two free tickets (free tickets and sightseeing tickets): (Ticket requirements: buy one get one free for many times, please handle it at the same time as the first day ticket and take photos at the ticket office; The donated tickets and tickets can only be used continuously in the ditch, and will be stopped during the Golden Week).
Third, the consumption budget
1. Consumption level: The range of consumption options for visiting Jiuzhaigou is still very large, which will have a great impact on the budget regardless of the mode of transportation, visiting time, accommodation conditions and attached tourist attractions. Therefore, the personal budget 1000-3000 yuan is more reasonable for a 3-4-day trip from Chengdu.
2. Banks: There are China Agricultural Bank, China Industrial and Commercial Bank, China Construction Bank and China Postal Savings Bank near Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. It is most convenient to take cash to Jiuzhaigou. China Agricultural Bank is next to Jiuzhaigou Tourist Service Center, and China Construction Bank is next to Yin Xin Hotel outside the ditch. If the cash is not enough, you can also withdraw money by ATM.

When you go to sightseeing bus, you should tell the tour guide where to get off in advance, otherwise you will not take the initiative to ask the tourists whether to get off at a scenic spot.

Between Jiuzhaigou and nearby scenic spots such as Huanglong, Songpan and Chuanzhu Temple, except for the through train between Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong, other scenic spots need to be transferred or chartered. Among them, Songpan and Chuanzhumiao are the most important transit stations.

Five, Jiuzhaigou scenic area
1. Recommended attractions: Panda Sea, Tiger Sea, Baojingyan, Bonsai Beach, Reed Sea, Colorful Pool, Pearl Beach, Mirror Sea, Rhino Lake, Nuorilang Waterfall, Wuhuahai, Shuzheng Qunhai and Changhai.
2. "Six Wonders": Cuihu, Waterfall, Cai Lin, Xuefeng, Love in Tibet and Lan Bing.
3. The scenery of the four seasons is different: trees are colorful in mid-spring, lakes and mountains are quiet in midsummer, mountains are dyed in autumn, and ice and snow are natural in winter.
Tips:
1. The plank roads closed in winter in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area include Changhai Parking Lot to Wucaichi Plank, Shangjihai to Zezawazhai Plank, Jianzhuhai to Pearl Beach Plank, Jinghai to Shuzheng Mill Plank, and Heijiao Bridge to Goukou Plank. In addition, the virgin forest protection station is closed for protection, and the three scenic spots in the area (virgin forest, Caohai and Swan Sea) are not open to the public.
2. Huanglong is closed by heavy snow every year 1 1 until March of the following year, so it is impossible to go. You can choose to go to Munigou.
Sixth, the itinerary
1. Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area consists of three main ditches, namely Shuzheng Valley, Rizegou and Zechawa, which are Y-shaped. Among them, Shuzheng Valley and Rizegou have dense scenic spots, which can be visited for a long time, while Chawa Valley has only Changhai and Wucaichi, which can be visited for a short time. It doesn't matter much which ditch you go to first in your trip. You can arrange it according to your own preferences.
2. If you want to visit all the scenic spots efficiently in one day, it is suggested to take the sightseeing bus from the entrance (the bottom of Y) to one of the two tops of Y, namely Changhai or virgin forest, and then visit it step by step. After arriving at Nuorilang Tourism Service Center, transfer to the other roof of Y, then go down all the way and play along Shuzheng Valley to Mizoguchi. This trip saves time and effort.
3. If you are looking for better viewing and shooting effects, you can go to Jinghai to see the reflection in the morning, Shuzheng Valley in the morning, and Rizegou and Zechawa Valley in the afternoon.
If you want to visit all the scenic spots in detail, you'd better spend two days in the scenic spot. On the first day, I visited two ditches, and the next day I made up the remaining one.
Seven, Jiuzhaigou accommodation
There are many hotels, large and small, near Jiuzhaigou mouth, with prices ranging from tens of yuan to several thousand yuan. Compared with the off-season, the price in the peak season has increased. Especially during the Golden Week, you must book in advance. Be careful not to trust the soliciting, compare with others. Keep an eye on the room and negotiate the price with the waiter. In order to protect the environment, it is not allowed to stay in the ditch according to regulations, but in Shuzheng Zhaizi and other places, some Tibetan families will receive tourists.
1) outer ditch
The advantages of living outside the ditch are wide choice, good accommodation, convenient dining and shopping, and nightlife such as singing and dancing and Tibetan banquets. The disadvantage is that there is still a distance from the mouth of the ditch, so you have to walk or take a taxi. Star hotels near Mizoguchi include Sheraton Jiuzhaigou International Hotel and Intercontinental Paradise Hotel, with prices ranging from 200 yuan to thousands of yuan. Youth Hostels include Grassroots Homes and Langjie Homes, with prices around 30 yuan -80 yuan. For self-help backpacking, it is recommended to choose youth travel and Tibetan inn, which are affordable, because the star-rated hotels in Jiuzhaigou are still incomparable with big cities.
2) In the ditch
In order to protect the environment, it is not allowed to stay in the scenic spot according to the regulations. If caught, 500 yuan will be fined and asked to leave the ditch. If you insist on staying in the scenic spot to continue playing the next day, you can try to discuss with the Tibetans in the ditch to live in their home, but it is not difficult, and the tour of the scenic spot should end before 4 pm and return to the Tibetan home to avoid being checked. The advantage of living in a ditch is that you can feel the Tibetan customs at close range; The disadvantage is that the rights and interests of "underground" accommodation are difficult to guarantee, the conditions are simple, the nightlife is monotonous, and you need to prepare flashlights or headlights when you go out. The famous ones are Shi Shujia and Baojing Building in Shuzheng Stockaded Village.
Tips:
1, Jiuzhaigou tourism is very seasonal. /kloc-After turning into the off-season in October, it is about to enter the snow season, and most of the accommodation stations are closed. If you want to see the snow scene, you must contact the place where you live.
2. You can't go into the ditch twice in peak season. In the off-season (165438+1October1June-March 3 1), you can enter the ditch for the second time, and you need to pay the 20 yuan handling fee for the second time, and you need to buy a sightseeing ticket for 80 yuan the next day. (It is equivalent to the first ditch entry cost 160 yuan and the second ditch entry cost 100 yuan. )
Eight, Jiuzhaigou activities
The large-scale festivals and activities in Jiuzhaigou are full of local ethnic customs and are worth experiencing. The Tibetan people's song and dance performances, in particular, have broad plateau natural characteristics and strong national life flavor, especially the duet, which is a form of entertainment that Jiuzhaigou people are most willing to participate in.
1) roast mutton party
Some local Tibetan families who receive tourists will hold a "Tibetan music" song and dance banquet. According to the scale, the charge is around 100-200 yuan. Usually there are many people selling and soliciting at the entrance of the scenic spot.
Jiuzhaigou Roast Sheep Party is a unique collection of Tibetan and Qiang dances, folk songs, religious ceremonies, national costumes, national musical instruments, Tibetan weddings, pots and other ethnic customs. If you have time, it is also a good experience, very lively, and you can also taste Tibetan food by the way.
2) Songpan horseback riding tour
Lonely Planet (a "self-help manual" known as "backpacker's Bible") has long been famous abroad, but it is little known in China. Usually there is one-on-one service between cavalry guides and guests. The tour guide provides a horse for tourists, rides a horse by himself, and carries camping equipment such as food, tents and blankets on the back of the horse, and prepares Tibetan robes and raincoats for guests to keep out the cold. Tourists only need to ride horses to enjoy the scenery, and camping, cooking and feeding horses are all done by tour guides.
3) Mazi Club
The first month of the lunar calendar is the Tibetan New Year. The biggest festival in Jiuzhaigou is Mother's Day on the 15th day of the third lunar month. On this day, men, women and children dressed in costumes went to Zharu Temple to attend the temple fair, burn incense and worship God, turn to Buddha, and present Hada to teachers, relatives, monks and lamas to express their good wishes. There are also singing, dancing, Tibetan opera and other celebrations at the temple fair. Young men and women often look for bosom friends and make friends on this day.
Time: March 15th of the lunar calendar.
4) Tibetans, Song Qiang and dance performances.
Large-scale Tibetan and Song Qiang and dance performances similar to the Spring Festival Evening are very popular in Jiuzhaigou. Tickets are expensive, ranging from 150 yuan to 300 yuan. If you go through the agency, the minimum can be about 100 yuan. In Jiuzhaigou, there are Tibetan fans, Plateau Red, Jiuzhai Paradise and other song and dance performances to choose from. Among them, Yang li Ping and Rong Zhongerjia's stage play Tibetan Fan is the most famous.
5) Watch The Hidden Mystery
The large-scale Tibetan song and dance performance stage play shows the scenes of Tibetan life, folk customs and religious ceremonies according to what the Tibetan grandmother saw and heard during her pious pilgrimage. All the songs and dances keep the original ecology and truly show the color of Tibetan culture.
Performance time: Every night, it starts on time at 19: 30, and the duration of the drama is 120 minutes.
Venue: Jiuzhaigou Goukou Tibetan Fan Theatre
Nine, Jiuzhaigou cuisine
Most of Jiuzhaigou's materials are brought in from outside. Due to the inconvenient transportation, the price of catering is relatively high. The special dining here is mainly beef and mutton, but the practices of Tibetans and Qiang people are slightly different: Tibetans mainly smoke and barbecue, supplemented by highland barley wine, butter tea, yogurt and other drinks, while Qiang people like to eat sour and spicy meat dishes and animal offal. Although local catering has its own characteristics, it may not be used to foreign tourists.
Tibetan cuisine is mainly tasted in all stockaded villages in the ditch (mainly in Shuzheng Stockaded Village). It is recommended to bring your own dry food and enjoy it at any time during the trip to fully enjoy the picnic. Outside the ditch, Sichuan cuisine is the main food, and there are also some Muslim restaurants and individual Tibetan restaurants. There are some restaurants in the small street next to the ditch, and there are more restaurants in nearby Pengfeng Village, which are cheaper than those in the ditch.
Ten, Jiuzhaigou shopping
There are not many shopping spots in Jiuzhaigou, but you can still buy local unique Qiang embroidery, Mao Wen apples and Tibetan handicrafts, such as Tibetan rings, Tibetan knives and Buddha beads. Yak beef is a specialty in high mountain areas, and it is also a local specialty that many tourists scramble to buy. It is also rich in precious medicinal materials such as Fritillaria, Cordyceps and Musk. Zanthoxylum bungeanum, bracken and auricularia are also worth buying. But if you can't tell the authenticity and quality of the product, it is recommended not to buy or buy less.
Eleven, Jiuzhaigou tips
Safety and health
1, Jiuzhaigou elevation 1900-3 100 meters, Huanglong 3900 meters (the highest peak). Altitude sickness varies from person to person, and everyone feels differently. In high-altitude scenic spots, drink less water, run less, bathe less, eat less and take a deep breath. Be sure to keep warm and don't catch a cold. If you have a headache, you should walk slowly. If you really feel uncomfortable, you can take some oxygen. You'd better bring rhodiola. Old and infirm people should prepare commonly used drugs, and it is best to equip them with small oxygen cylinders (this can be purchased in Chengdu).
2. Old and infirm people, those with high blood pressure, coronary heart disease and heart disease should not go.
3. Fireworks and smoking are strictly prohibited in the scenic area. It is said that 500 yuan was fined when he was caught. The only smoking area in the scenic spot is the Nuorilang Service Center.
4. The scenic spot has strong sunshine and strong ultraviolet rays. When you are outdoors for a long time, please wear a sun hat and apply cream to protect your skin.
Jiuzhaigou has a great temperature difference even in summer, so you should bring enough warm and cold-proof clothes. Jiuzhaigou has less rainfall, mostly concentrated in July-August.
6. When shopping, you should improve your discriminating ability to prevent being cheated.
7. In winter, the protective measures of scenic spots are in place. The road is paved with barbed wire to prevent slipping, and protective nets are installed where there may be falling objects. The dangerous plank roads are all closed. You can rest assured to play.
Custom taboo
1, Tibetans absolutely forbid to eat donkey meat, horse meat and dog meat, and some areas do not eat fish;
2. In more formal toasting occasions, guests must first dip a little wine in the air with their ring fingers, three times in a row, to show their worship for heaven, earth and ancestors, and then take a sip, and the host will fill it in time, take another sip and then fill it up, and even drink three mouthfuls. When filling it for the fourth time, it must be gulped down;
3. When drinking butter tea, the host pours the tea, and the host holds it in front of him before the guests can take it.
4. When encountering religious facilities such as monasteries, mani piles and pagodas, you must detour clockwise;
5. Don't cross utensils and braziers;
6. Tibetans are afraid that others will touch their heads.
Dress and take pictures
1, Jiuzhaigou varies greatly in altitude, and the actual temperature at the highest altitude will be lower than the temperature predicted by the weather, especially in rainy days. Try to wear clothes that are easy to add and subtract, and be prepared. Jackets are recommended to cope with the changeable weather in plateau areas.
Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong both have long plank roads, so you must put on a pair of comfortable shoes. Walking on the plank road may involve wading, so you'd better prepare a pair of waterproof shoes.
3. If a beautiful woman wants to take a good-looking photo, she can wear red and white clothes to balance the colors with the blue sea water and yellow leaves.
Due to Jiuzhaigou's high altitude, strong solar radiation and relatively dry climate, it is best to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, lipstick and hydrating skin care products.
