The 4th Southeast Chongqing Eco-Ethnic Tourism and Culture Festival

In early July, the launch ceremony of the 4th Southeast Chongqing Eco-Ethnic Tourism and Culture Festival will release festival information to the general public and tourists. We sincerely invite people from all walks of life to travel to Southeast Chongqing. "Travel to Southeast Chongqing and Appreciate Ethnic Customs" The 4th Ecological Ethnic Tourism Exhibition and "Ethnic Customs" Tourism Art Exhibition will be held in eight districts and counties including Qianjiang, Fuling, Nanchuan, Wulong, Shizhu, Xiushan, Youyang and Pengshui ( autonomous counties) will be held one after another. By participating in interactive activities, citizens can receive free tickets, scenic souvenirs and other rewards.

1. On the morning of July 5, the Green China Lecture will be held in the lecture hall of the Pengshui County Party School. Experts and scholars from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the National Forestry and Grassland Administration, the National Ethnic Affairs Commission, the State Council Poverty Alleviation Office, Tsinghua University and other ministries and universities will be invited to discuss issues such as ecological civilization, poverty alleviation, national cultural heritage, and integrated development of culture and tourism. Compile the results and publish the "Pengshui Green Declaration".

2. On the afternoon of July 5th, the Green China Pengshui Exhibition for famous calligraphers and painters will be held in Jiuli City, Pengshui. Famous calligraphers and painters will be invited to splash ink on the spot, focusing on the theme of "Writing and Painting Miao Villages" to showcase the ecological beauty of southeastern Chongqing and the unique charm of Pengshui as a "World Miao Village".

3. On the evening of July 5, the "Green China 354 Enters the World Miao Township to Nourish Heart Pengshui" charity party and the opening ceremony of the 4th Southeast Chongqing Ecological Ethnic Tourism Culture Festival will be held in Chiyou Jiuli City, Pengshui . Liu Jin, a famous performing artist from the Chinese People's Liberation Army Art Troupe and a national first-class actor, Li Danyang, a famous soprano and a national first-class actor, a public welfare figure with both virtue and art, and a popular national actress will be invited.

4. On July 5, the Central Media Green China Pengshui will be held. Reporters from more than 20 central media outlets including People’s Daily, Xinhua News Agency, and CCTV. It will go deep into scenic spots and rural areas and report on topics such as poverty alleviation, rural revitalization, and ecological green development.

From July 6th to 7th, Pengshui Chiyou Jiuli City and Mowei Mountain Scenic Area will host Pengshui Station and the 2nd Chongqing Pengshui Forest Cycling Race, inviting outdoor sports enthusiasts from all over the Taiwan Strait. Participated in eight events including the men's and women's 50-kilometer cross-country race, 14-kilometer challenge race, 6-kilometer National Health Race, and 26-kilometer mountain bike race.

From July to December, a display event of Southeast Chongqing’s specialty agricultural products and food will be organized on the WeChat official account platform of Pengshui’s “World Miao Township Pengshui Chongchang” to focus on displaying and selling Southeast Chongqing’s specialty food, tourism products, and tourism. Commodities, especially specialty agricultural products from poor villages and poor households, expand sales channels to help and empower the masses to get rid of poverty and become rich.
