At the time of the incident, there was a strong wind of 12, which instantly overturned the ship and the captain and chief engineer were rescued. There is still moderate rain at the rescue site, and it is difficult to rescue due to geographical restrictions. At the time of the incident, seven people swam from the sinking site to the shore and helped the police through fishermen.
