2013 Recruitment Announcement of Finance Bureau of Yingshan County, Huanggang City, Hubei Province
According to the policy provisions of the "Interim Regulations on Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions of Hubei Province" (Eren [2003] No. 16) and the County Institutional Establishment Committee's "Reply on the Open Recruitment of Staff for Public Institutions" (English) (Machine Edition [2013] No. 33), the Yingshan County Finance Bureau openly recruits 11 township finance office staff. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Qualifications for candidates
1. Comply with laws and regulations, have good conduct and have good professional ethics;

2. Recruitment procedures and steps
(1) Registration and qualification review
1. Registration time: November 18 to November 29, 2013 (Working days 8:00-11:30 am, 14:30-17:30 pm).
2. Registration location and method: On-site registration at the Personnel Management Section of the Public Institutions of Yingshan County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Contact number: 0713—7770096.
3. Registration fee: According to the regulations of Hubei Price and Fee Regulations No. 2011100, the examination fee is 100 yuan per person.
4. Registration requirements: Applicants should provide their valid ID card, original and copy of academic and degree certificates (check online for approval), and submit 3 recent 1-inch color photos with white background. Those who meet the registration conditions after review must truthfully fill in the registration form in duplicate. Those who have committed fraud will be promptly disqualified from the examination or employment qualifications once discovered. The ID card used by the applicant when registering and taking the exam must be consistent. The personal phone number filled in the application form cannot be changed at will during the application period, and communication during working days should be kept open.
5. Qualification review and reference number requirements: Registration qualifications will be initially reviewed by the Personnel Management Unit of the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and reviewed by the County Finance Bureau and the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau*** , and after the leaders in charge of the two bureaus sign and agree, the candidates will be notified to collect the "Admission Ticket". Recruitment work must ensure the competitiveness of personnel, and the ratio of the number of candidates recruited to the number of applicants should reach 1:3 or above. If the number of applicants does not reach the corresponding proportion within the specified time, the registration deadline can be extended by 5 working days.
(2) Recruitment methods and steps: The examination will be conducted through a combination of written examination and interview.
1. Written test: The full score of the written test is 100 points. Professional subjects account for 60% and comprehensive subjects account for 40%. Professional subjects mainly test knowledge in finance, finance, finance, accounting, taxation and basic computer applications. Comprehensive subjects mainly test political theory, laws and regulations, administrative management, official document writing, etc. The exam does not specify exam tutoring books, and does not hold or entrust any organization to hold exam tutoring training classes.
The interview process will be determined based on the written test scores from high to low in a ratio of 1:3 (those with tied last written test scores will all enter the interview). For college graduates who have served in grassroots specialized projects such as the "Three Supports and One Support" plan for 2 years and have passed the annual assessment or above, the total score of the comprehensive subject written examination will be increased by 5 points (after converting the candidate's comprehensive subject paper score into a 100-point system Add 5 points and multiply by 40% to be included in the written test score).
2. Interview: The interview is worth 100 points. Closed management is implemented for those who participate in the interview, and the order of taking the test is determined by drawing lots. Candidates who do not arrive at the waiting room within the specified time will be deemed to have given up automatically and their qualifications for the interview will be cancelled.
3. Calculation method of total score: total score = written test score × 60% + interview score × 40%. According to the total score, in order of high score to low score, the candidates for physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of recruitment positions.
4. Physical examination. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "National Civil Servant Recruitment Physical Examination Standards". The physical examination is organized by the recruitment leading group. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the candidates. If there are vacancies due to failure in the physical examination or voluntary giving up, the places will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score based on the total score.
5. Assessment. The recruitment leadership group is responsible for organizing and implementing the assessment of qualified personnel. The main contents of the assessment include the subject's ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, etc., and a certificate of no criminal punishment for any illegal crime will be issued by the police station where the registered permanent residence is located. At the same time, the qualifications of the assessment objects will be reviewed again.
If there is a vacancy due to failure in the assessment or voluntary giving up, candidates will be filled in through physical examination and assessment in order from the highest score to the lowest overall score.
6. Public announcement and recruitment: The candidates to be admitted will be publicized and subject to social supervision. The publicity period will be seven working days. If it is discovered through public announcement and verification that there are indeed problems, the admission qualification will be cancelled. If there are no problems after being announced, the employment procedures will be handled according to the procedures. Wages and welfare benefits are implemented in accordance with the standards for similar staff in public institutions. Those who disobey assignments or fail to report to work on time after being hired will have their employment qualifications revoked.
3. Discipline supervision
In accordance with the recruitment requirements, policies, procedures, and results must be disclosed throughout the entire process of registration, written examination, interview, assessment, physical examination, and admission, and work discipline must be strictly enforced. Standardize work procedures and accept the disciplinary supervision of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision and supervision from all walks of life to ensure that the recruitment work is objective, impartial, fair and open.
