Who can come to China without a visa?
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of People's Republic of China (PRC), Singaporean, Japanese and Brunei passport holders can be exempted from visas when they come to Chinese mainland for tourism, business, visiting relatives and friends or crossing the border for less than 15 days.
Passport holders from Schengen countries such as Korea, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, etc. can stay visa-free for several hours when passing through SNH48, regardless of their passports.
Ordinary passport holders from Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Germany, Britain, France, Austria, Italy, Russia, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, the Netherlands, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand can travel to Hainan without a visa for an international travel agency registered in Hainan with the approval of the National Tourism Administration, and the stay time does not exceed 15 days.
Foreigners who travel to Hong Kong and Macao with ordinary passports of countries that have diplomatic relations with China can enter the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong through travel companies registered in Hong Kong and Macao (referring to the administrative areas under the jurisdiction of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Zhaoqing, Huizhou and Shantou) and stay visa-free for no more than 6 days.
Foreigners who hold a connecting ticket and reserve a connecting seat for direct transit from China on an international flight, who stay in the transit city for no more than 24 hours and do not leave the airport, may be exempted from applying for a visa.
Compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are visa-free to enter the Mainland, but they must hold valid travel documents (such as Hong Kong residents' passes to and from the Mainland and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland, that is, home visits; Mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, that is, Taiwan compatriots certificate, etc. ).
Diplomatic and official passports of some countries coming to the mainland of China can be exempted if they stay in China for less than 30 days from the date of entry. Everything else needs a visa.
Second, the advantages of visa exemption:
The biggest advantage of the visa-free policy is convenience. Without the visa link, the time and cost of visa processing will be saved, and tourists can arrange their travel plans more freely. In addition, the World Tourism Destinations Congress unilaterally gives such treatment to other countries in the world to promote the development of their tourism industry.
Visa exemption is the will of a country or region. If a country or region really wants its ordinary passport to enjoy visa-free treatment in multiple countries or regions, it will spare no effort to fight for it. The best example is Malaysia. Let's go to Malaysia. Ordinary passports can be exempted from signing in many countries and regions that apply visas to other countries or regions, such as North Korea, but they also give visa-free treatment to many countries, such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Iraq, Iran and Afghanistan.
