How about traveling with 70-200 lenses?

This lens is a telephoto lens, lacking the wide-angle and medium-focus that are most commonly used in travel.

It is recommended to take 18-200 lens or 18- 135 lens when traveling.

In practice, the wide-angle shooting of large scenes is a good choice, the medium focus is used to shoot portraits and travel records, and the telephoto is still used in fewer scenes during travel.

If the whole fuselage uses a 70-200 lens, the 70 mm end can be used for outdoor portraits, but the 200 mm end is a bit short for shooting birds and the like. However, the equivalent focal length of 70 mm installed on half of the fuselage is above 105 mm, and the portrait used for local close-up is ok, but the full-length photo is too long.

What needs to be taken into account is that there will definitely be a need to take a group photo during the trip (whether people take a group photo or take a group photo with the scenery), and it is inconvenient to lack a wide-angle end (zooming on foot is unrealistic, and the venue is probably not allowed, especially if there are landmark buildings or scenery in the group photo).

Although the image quality of the 70-200 lens may be slightly better than that of the 18-200 lens due to the zoom factor, the focal length is a cause that cannot be ignored. If 70-200 lens is considered, it is recommended to use it with 24-70 lens, which basically completes the focal length and has better image quality (the quality of 24-70 lens is not bad from all manufacturers, and so is 70-200 lens.
