Shangrao concentration camp former site:
The world-famous Shangrao concentration camp is the historical product of the "Southern Anhui Incident". During the Southern Anhui Incident, Ye Ting, the commander of the New Fourth Army, and more than 700 cadres and patriotic progressives of the New Fourth Army who had run out of ammunition and food were mainly detained during the negotiations. The scenic spot is located in the south of Shangrao City (now Maojialing Street) in Jiangxi Province, with beautiful scenery, including 23 sites such as revolutionary martyrs monument, revolutionary martyrs monument and memorial pavilion, with a total area of 2 square kilometers.
