Lugu Lake is located in Lijiang City, Yunnan Province, Yongning Township in the north of Ninglang Yi Autonomous County, and Wanshan Cluster on the left side of Yanyuan County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Daluoshui Village in Lugu Lake is 73 kilometers away from Ninglang County and about 200 kilometers away from Old Town of Lijiang.

Lugu Lake is the boundary lake between Sichuan Province and Yunnan Province.

It is owned by Sichuan and Yunnan provinces, with Sichuan accounting for about 2/3 of the total area and Yunnan accounting for 1/3 of the total area.

The coastline of Sichuan is much longer than that of Yunnan.

Lugu Lake covers an area of more than 50 square kilometers, with an altitude of 2,690 meters, an average water depth of 45 meters, the deepest point of 93 meters, transparency 1 1 m, and maximum visibility12m. Option 3: Rent a car (carpool)

Because the road construction needs to be bypassed, the shuttle bus takes too long and the management of the special bus is not standardized. Some tourists choose off-road vehicles or commercial vehicles with less than 9 seats. If there are enough people, chartered cars are also good.

Don't pay attention to soliciting by the roadside! It's easy to meet a black car driver or a tourist trap, and there will be endless troubles! Don't be tempted by low-cost chartered cars and carpooling. Some will recommend consumption, some will add money on the road, and some will just pick up and drop off, and will not follow. If you want to use the car, you have to pay more, and even change cars and change owners the next day and the third day.

1. From Kunming to Lugu Lake, there is a berth at Kunming West Bus Station, which leaves around 20:00 and arrives at Ninglang County at 10:00 the next morning. The fare is around 200 yuan. After arriving in Ninglang, turn to Lugu Lake.

2. From Sichuan to Lugu Lake, you can take 1 17 train (from Beijing) and 165 train (from Beijing).
