Sanya is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Hainan Province, also known as Lucheng. There are multi-level mountaineering resorts nearby, which are composed of "Ignition Platform", "Wanghai Pavilion", "Huai Su Pavilion" and winding paths leading to seclusion. 1938, Wang Yi, commander of Qiongya garrison, inscribed the word "Cape" on another boulder.
