2. Application methods

(1) Online application

The online application processing mode currently supports fixed network and mobile terminals (including WAP version and WeChat version) online management mode. Citizens who apply for annual passes should log in to the sales website www.jngynp.cn or follow the "Jinan Park Annual Pass" WeChat official account and follow the relevant process prompts to apply by themselves.

For those who are applying for annual passes for the first time, we will only accept card applications whose ID numbers appear to be Jinan citizens (i.e. citizens with ID numbers starting with "3701, 3712" can apply online. To apply for a card online, citizens need to successfully pay the fee and pass the review. To apply for an annual pass at a fixed point offline, citizens need to hold a valid ID card (minors who have not applied for an ID card need to hold a local household registration book) To apply; those who are living in Jilin Province need to present their valid ID card and residence permit; students who are in technical secondary schools of Jilin University are required to present their valid ID card and student ID card; those who have household registration in Jilin Province but hold foreign ID cards are required to apply. Residents who apply for annual passes for the first time need to bring their valid ID to any of the processing points mentioned in this announcement to collect photos on site for free and apply for annual passes. On-site photo collection adopts the method of outdoor collection, setting up safe distance fixed points and collection guide lines to guide citizens to measure their body temperature first. Only those whose body temperature is not higher than 37.3℃ can go to the designated location for photo collection.

Residents who hold annual passes for 2017, 2018 and 2019, if they do not change the original passport holder, can go to any tourist attraction with their annual pass, personal ID card, residence permit and other relevant documents. The fixed annual ticket processing point directly retrieves the previous year's data for verification and payment processing. If the photo data is not clear or is very different from the person's, it is recommended to take a new photo for processing.

In order to ensure system security and improve processing efficiency, photo information is collected on-site at fixed offline processing points, and electronic photos provided by any external devices, network transmission, etc. are not accepted.

3. Validity Period

The validity period of the 2020 Jinan Park Tour Annual Pass will be extended to February 28, 2021 from the date of this announcement.

IV. Application Instructions

(1) All citizens who go to fixed processing points to apply and pick up their cards must submit their body temperature test with a valid ID. Only those who pass the temperature test can apply.
