How to Reflect Tourism Characteristics in College Chinese Teaching in Tourism Vocational Colleges

College Chinese teaching in tourism higher vocational colleges should serve the training goal of higher vocational colleges, that is, to train students to become qualified professional workers in the front line of tourism service. In order to achieve this training goal, college Chinese teaching in tourism vocational colleges needs to reflect the characteristics of tourism education. Based on the current teaching practice of college Chinese in our college, I think the characteristics of tourism education should be reflected in the following four aspects. First, take the speech three minutes before class as the carrier to cultivate students' oral expression ability. A prominent feature of the tourism industry is that the tourism industry is an industry dealing with people, and the staff of the tourism industry need to provide services for tourists in the process of contact, exchange and communication with tourists. In the process of tourism service, it is impossible to provide quality services for tourists without contact, exchange and communication with them. Therefore, for professional workers in the front line of tourism service, oral expression ability is the most basic professional ability and the most basic professional quality. College Chinese teaching in tourism vocational colleges should start from the characteristics of tourism vocational education and pay attention to improving students' oral expression ability in college Chinese teaching. There are many ways and means to cultivate students' oral expression ability, such as offering an elective course of speech and eloquence, organizing speech associations to carry out activities, and organizing speech competitions from time to time.
