Personal comparative inspection materials of mass line education practice activities in 22

After more than two months of study-education-investigation-feedback to re-study-re-education-feedback and other activities, I have further improved my ideological understanding and fully realized the harmfulness of the "four winds" problem, as Comrade * * * * said. "four winds" is contrary to the nature and purpose of our Party, a problem that is deeply hated and strongly reflected by the masses at present, and an important source of damage to the relationship between the Party and the masses. I deeply feel that "four winds" is intractable, but if it is not cured, the party will perish. Every cadre in party member, especially in party member, should always be vigilant, set an example, and do their own work solidly.

Through studying, checking and comparing, I have contacted my own ideological reality. Although there are ups and downs from time to time, I have worked hard on the whole. In the process of seriously "looking in the mirror" and "dressing up", I realize that there is still a big gap between myself and the requirements of organizations and workers. The cultivation of the party and the expectations of the masses are always a spur. Party spirit cultivation and party spirit exercise are lifelong things, with only a starting point and no end.

I. Personal compliance with the Party's political discipline

The Party's political discipline requires that the Party organization and party member must maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee in political principles, political positions, political views, lines, principles and policies. There must be no speech or behavior that is contrary to the party's line, principles, policies and resolutions. Check yourself against this requirement. On the basis of continuous study and understanding of the Party's relevant principles and policies, you can maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee from beginning to end, conscientiously implement the spirit of the relevant documents of the Central Committee, and try your best to keep this general direction of the Party's principles and policies in all work. There is no violation of the party's political discipline, and there is no behavior or speech that is inconsistent with party member's cadre status. If you seriously reflect on what are the shortcomings in this regard? I feel that I haven't studied the Party's major policies deeply enough, and I don't have enough efforts to publicize and implement the Party's policies in my daily work, and I don't have a good grasp of the ideological construction of the team, the construction of a learning-oriented party organization and the study of League cadres. I should bear some responsibility for soliciting opinions, conducting research and finding some negative thoughts of cadres and workers in this mass line activity. The ideological construction of teaching staff, especially the League cadres, has not been grasped enough, so we must work harder on it in the future.

II. Implementation of the Eight Provisions of the Central Committee and the Ten Provisions of the Provincial Party Committee and Government and Change of Work Style

After the promulgation of the Eight Provisions of the Central Committee, the leadership of the Tourism Management Department attached great importance to it, actively supported the central decision, timely conveyed the spirit of relevant documents of the Central Committee, provinces and colleges, and conscientiously implemented them. For example, some official receptions, such as welcoming and sending, which were traditionally carried out in the past, were cancelled, and efforts were made to control and reduce the standard of foreign reception and dining, so as not to receive foreign guests in high-end hotels; The fellowship activities within the department are also strictly controlled in form and must not be extravagant; Party member cadres are required to effectively change their work style, care about the lives of workers and safeguard their vital interests. Personally, after studying the various specifications of the central and provincial governments, I earnestly fulfilled them, and my heart was full of joy. Since the promulgation of the regulations, I have lost some annoying entertainment and drank some wine that I had to drink before, and my body has suffered less, and my family is warm and happy. Generally speaking, in the process of implementing the eight central regulations, the college is actively reforming those that are easy to implement and those that are easy to correct, but the change in style is the bad habits of the past. It needs to be built through a series of institutional mechanisms, system construction and long-term persistence, and persistent and strong implementation can achieve results, so the problems that are not easy to implement and not easy to change still exist!

Third, the outstanding problems in personal "four winds"

Since the launch of educational practice activities, I have constantly warned myself at the beginning of the activities that I must honestly lower my posture, learn from the workers and staff with an open mind, and listen carefully to opinions, hoping to find out the mistakes and shortcomings that I usually don't realize through the activities, and strive to find out the problems and find the right ones. I have also said many times at the teacher-student meeting that the focus of this activity is on cadres. Through investigation, interview, discussion, questionnaire survey, self-help and help from colleagues, I found some problems. For example, some colleagues pointed out to me that it is not enough to go deep into classes, especially student dormitories. We should communicate with teachers and students more, get together and listen to the voices of teachers and students. There are many ideological problems of teachers and students now, so we should find ways to solve them, and the propaganda of ideological and political work of teachers and students should be strengthened. Some colleagues also criticized that I should work hard on how to organically combine party building with the development of teachers and students; It has also been pointed out that I am not good enough in grasping the orientation of the party's principles and policies; At the same time, I also learned from the questionnaire survey that the cadres of the Youth League School have insufficient execution, soft management and fear of offending people. I think I also have a share of these problems. The leading group of the college mass line sorted out the performance problems of "four winds" through full investigation and collection. Through careful analysis of these problems, I think some problems also exist in me. To sum up, the outstanding problems I have in "four winds" are as follows:

Formalism:

First, there are problems of unrealistic work. I'm in charge of student management in the Department of Tourism Management. There are actually a lot of work to be done every year, and individual work has been deployed, but the measures are not innovative enough, and the responsible department is too broad. It seems that this department has the responsibility and that department has the responsibility, which easily leads to the department shirking its responsibility. This phenomenon leads to the failure to implement individual work in place, and it is difficult to achieve the effect of Excellence and Excellence. There is also the phenomenon that when a meeting is held, the meeting is implemented by the meeting and the procedure is followed by the form. For the problems to be solved, there is not enough effort in in-depth research, in-depth thinking and brainstorming to find ways to solve these problems.

Second, I haven't studied deeply. Although I have studied harder than in the past two years, I seem to be unable to start with the study of officials and league cadres. I don't have many ways and concerns, and I don't stick to the learning system very well.

Third, in bold work, especially in management work, it is not good enough to fill the position in time, and there are too many worries, and the responsibility line is too clear. There used to be a phenomenon of being afraid of offending people.

Bureaucracy:

First, it is not enough to go deep into workers and students to understand the actual situation, and there is a phenomenon of being divorced from the masses of workers and staff;

Second, the initiative is not enough, and some workers in the staff and even cadres have not done well in rectifying the situation, such as shirking their work, inadequate departmental management, poor mental state and so on. At the same time, there is little communication with team members;

hedonism: I don't think there are any outstanding problems in hedonism. I usually pay more attention to thrift. As I get older, I don't like reception and entertainment more and more. I prefer to stay with my family after work. I prefer reading books and listening to music at home, and I don't like being quiet. However, the passion for work and the spirit of hard struggle are not as good as before. For various reasons, I often slack off my thoughts at work.
