What procedures do I need to go through to travel to South Korea? Are there any passport and visa issues?

First, you need to apply for a passport personally. Just go to the "Exit-Entry Administration Bureau" in the "place of household registration" to apply.

Second, if you want to travel with a tour group, just go to a travel agency for consultation.

If you don’t want to travel with a group, you can apply for a visa to travel to South Korea as an individual. You can ask a travel agency to help you.

Generally, individuals traveling to South Korea can now apply for a "South Korea Tourist Self-Insured Visa" and a "Visiting Relatives Visa".

"Korea Self-Protected Visa" is relatively easy to apply for, but requires the following conditions:

1: Proof of personal property: (Choose 1 of the following 3 items to provide, it must be in the applicant's own name Property)

a Original bank deposit certificate (more than RMB 100,000, deposited six months ago, bank seal must be clear, indicating the freezing period, indicating the name, address and contact number of the savings bank)
