Recommended location 1: Wangjiafan, Yidu

Location: South of Yidu City, Yichang City, Hubei Province

The best flowering period: March to the end of May. Bus route: Take Yichang intercity bus to Yidu, and then transfer to Wangjiafan bus. Longtanhe Village is located in the west of Yidu, bordering Wufeng, 45 kilometers away from the county seat, and 224 county roads run through the whole territory.

Highlight: There is an ancient rhododendron community hidden in Longtanhe Village, Wangjiafan Town, Yidu City, with an area of over 10 mu and a history of at least 100 years. When I am in full bloom, some are deep red, some are pink, some are lavender, and they are very brilliant.

Recommended location 2: Songshan Mountain

Location: Songshan Forest Park, Yidu City, the intersection of Yangtze River and Qingjiang River, Yichang City, Hubei Province.

A good place to enjoy mountain flowers. There are more than 100 kinds of wild flowers here, such as azaleas, honeysuckle and python vines, which make Songshan a "fragrant hill", among which azaleas are famous far and wide.

Recommended location 3: Huangliangping Village, Wufeng

Location: Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County, Yichang City

The best flowering period: March to the end of May. Bus route: Take the bus from Wufeng to Yuyangguan Town and transfer to the local bus. Self-driving along the first-class highway in Lu Yu-Wufeng Yuyangguan Town-Wufeng Town-Hu Ba Highway-Huangliangping Village.

Highlight: There are 600 mu of wild azaleas in the 2000 mu pine forest in Huangliangping, Wufeng. In spring and summer, the azaleas all over the mountain are in full bloom, as if they were in a sea of flowers.

Location: Intersection of Jiang Yan Road and Ji Yun Road, Wujiagang District, Yichang City.

The best flowering period: March-May. Bus route: You can take bus K2 to get there. Highlight: The rhododendrons in Binjiang Park are concentrated near the Natural Tower, Rouge Garden and Shengli No.4 Road, and citizens can see the beautiful scenery of "bloom Mountain Flower" at their doorstep.
