On our trip to Taiwan Province Island, we visited Alishan and passed the Tropic of Cancer, Kenting, Cat's Nose, Hualien and Taroko Pavilion. Because of the rain in Lu Yu, some scenic spots are only by the roadside, so it's just for viewing, leaving few pictures.

1. Alishan

is located in the east of Chiayi County, Taiwan Province Island, 75 kilometers east of Chiayi City. It is a famous scenic spot at home and abroad, especially the "Five Wonders of Alishan"-sunrise, sea of clouds, sunset glow, forest and alpine railway. Alishan is located in Jun Gao, and its unique mountain climate makes its average summer temperature only 14.3 degrees Celsius, so it is also a summer resort. In the early spring of each year, cherry blossoms, Rhododendron Mori, heather, foxglove and other famous flowers compete with each other, turning Alishan into a sea of flowers on earth. In addition, visitors can also experience the cultural customs of the local aborigines, Zou, and understand how people who lived here 2 years ago lived in harmony with nature through time and space.

? Here, the roots of ancient trees are everywhere, and the roots are intertwined.

The symbol of "three generations of trees" shows the long history here and the continuous continuation of new life.

? ? The following signs show that it is said that Alnus cremastogyne has the same root system for three generations. The ancient roots lying on the ground are the first generation, and the age of the tree is 15 years. After 25 years of death, a seed occasionally falls on it and grows into the second generation through the nutrients of dead trees. When the second generation of wood roots were empty, after 3 years, the third generation was born, and it is still flourishing.

2. Tropic of Cancer

Tropic of Cancer is the dividing line between the north temperate zone and the tropics, passing through the suburbs of Hualien, and it is a famous local scenic spot. Every year at noon on the summer solstice, when the sun shines vertically from above, you can see the astronomical phenomenon of "standing on a pole without a shadow" Tourists like to walk back and forth under the direction of the Tropic of Cancer and feel the fun of crossing two monsoon climates.

3. Kenting, the southernmost sign of Taiwan

Kenting is located in the southernmost bandao of Taiwan Province Island, belonging to Hengchun Town, Pingtung County, and belongs to the level of "village" in administrative division. Kenting is actually very small, and most tourists will play with the surrounding scenery of bandao. Because Kenting is located in the center, it is called Kenting. This is the only tropical territory in Taiwan Province Island, and it is also the first nature reserve established in Taiwan Province Island.

4, the cat's nose?

? Located at the southwest tip of bandao, it looks like a crouching cat, so it is named "Cat Nose". Winter here is suitable for algae breeding, and all kinds of lush algae can be seen swaying with the waves everywhere along the coast, which is very beautiful to watch against the blue and clear sea water, colorful tropical fish and ferocious coral reef rocks. Houhai Lake nearby is the largest fishing port in Kenting National Park, and different catches can be seen all year round.

5. Hualien and Taroko

Hualien County, located in the east of Taiwan Province Island, is the largest county. Hualien is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the east and the towering central mountain range on the west. Hualien is sandwiched between the mountains and the sea and presents a rectangular shape from north to south.

The natural landscape of Hualien is very beautiful. Go surfing in the Pacific Ocean in Qixingtan, explore Taroko Pavilion to see the wonders of nature, drive along Suhua Highway to Qingshui Cliff, see flowers in full bloom in east rift valley, taste pure natural milk and nougat at Mizuho Ranch, eat authentic Taiwan Province flavor at Hualien Night Market, and go out to sea to watch whales in summer. These are all good pastimes.

Passing through Taroko National Park, it is surrounded by mountains on three sides, close to the Pacific Ocean, and the canyons, waterfalls and Taroko people can be seen at a glance. The park has a large area, and you can experience the subtropical to sub-frigid zone and the changeable climate in four seasons in one day. Because of the rain, the tour guide only arranged for everyone to get off and take commemorative photos ...

Qingshui Cliff? The cliff is more than 1 meters high, and the mountain goes straight into the Pacific Ocean. It is the most beautiful place on the entire Suhua Highway, and cliffs can be seen along the way. The cliffs and the vast sea are separated on both sides, which is particularly spectacular and shocking in the distance.

After that, the short tour of Taiwan Province Island ended. Because of the long journey and short stay in the scenic spots, and the factors such as arranging shopping and rainy days, our visit was in a hurry, and we didn't have much chance to learn about the city scenery and people's feelings.
