The ecological problems in China are still outstanding in six aspects.

Status quo: The ecology continues to improve, but the problems are still outstanding.

According to the survey, in recent years, the ecological environment in Ankang has been continuously improved, the local environment has been optimized, and the ecological environment and economic society have shown a good situation of coordinated development. But there are also some outstanding problems that cannot be ignored. Mainly manifested in: First, the idea that the whole people should pay attention to ecological construction has not really taken shape. A few places and some groups only talk about ecological power, not ecological responsibility. They regard ecological construction not as the engine of economic development, but as the burden of economic growth. In practical work, they pay more attention to development speed than environmental quality, and exchange temporary economic growth at the expense of the environment; In real life, uncivilized behaviors such as wasting resources, polluting the environment and destroying facilities can be seen everywhere.

Second, there is a big gap in creating eco-cities. Compared with the 5 basic indicators and 23 specific indicators in the National Eco-city Establishment Standard, only 1 basic indicators and 9 specific indicators in Ankang City can meet the national standards, while the rest are not up to the standards, and some are even far from the standards, which is the difficulty of building an eco-well-off society.

Third, the forestry ecosystem and urban greening need to be optimized and improved. Uneven distribution of forest greening, low quality of tree species, incomplete forest phase, fragile ecosystem and lack of forest reserve resources; Urban and key areas have insufficient green quantity and low grade; Industrial development lags behind, and the present situation of Dalin industry and small industry has not changed fundamentally; Biodiversity is still in a state of self-destruction, and so on.

Fourth, agriculture and soil and water conservation are arduous tasks. The contradiction between agricultural industry and resources and environment is prominent. With the adjustment of rural industrial structure and the promotion of urbanization, agricultural environmental pollution and rural non-point source pollution have intensified, and the harm caused by geological disasters, natural disasters and man-made destruction of the natural environment cannot be underestimated. Most of the local rivers are overfished, the wild fish population drops sharply, the aquatic life chain is destroyed, and the water quality is serious seasonal algae; Over-exploitation of small hydropower stations and over-exploitation of sand and stones in rivers have caused many holes in rivers, reduced surface water, and sunken revetment, threatening the health of water systems.

Suggestion: Establish the concept of protection and improve the security system.

Ecological environment is the foundation of economic and social development and the key factor affecting the competitiveness of sustainable development. Suggestions: First, establish the concept of protection priority to make the ecological environment system real. Do a good job in the construction of forests, soil and water conservation, soil, geological environment, biological communities, main functional areas and other ecosystems, focus on the comprehensive improvement of the Han River, the planning of the Moon River water supply project, and the management of rivers and lakes, prohibit the opening of new small hydropower projects in the tributaries of the Han River, strengthen the greening along the Han River, and change the greening status on both sides of the Han River as soon as possible through afforestation. Secondly, optimize the industrial structure and expand the ecological industry. Expand the ecological industry from four aspects: recycling industry, modern agriculture, eco-tourism and forest economy, and realize the goal of energy saving and emission reduction and industrial ecologicalization. Strengthen ecological concept and construct ecological culture system. Vigorously publicize ecological culture, build an ecological culture carrier, advocate a healthy and civilized lifestyle, and build an ecological culture system. Finally, strengthen the system construction and improve the ecological security system. Improve the construction of ecological security system from four aspects: strengthening economic security, institutional security, judicial security and talent team security.
