Yun Qi villages and towns are the first choice in northwest China. Li Jiazhuang Rural Complex is located in Lijiazhuang Village, Chengguan Town, Yuzhong County, with a total area of 25,600 mu and a total investment of about 2.28 billion yuan. It is the first batch of national-level pastoral complex pilot projects in China, the first in northwest China, including Yun Qi pastoral town, romantic flower sea, Yuxing farm, ecological pastoral and industrial park. Yun Qi rural town is its core sub-project, with a planned land area of119200m2 and a total construction area of about 8710000m2. The planning structure of the project is Yixin (town center) six areas (six functional areas: non-legacy creative area, characteristic dining area, leisure area, characteristic homestay area, handicraft workshop area and gathering hall).
