Dongshanzui sacrificial site

Hongshan Culture Sacrificial Site in Dongshanzui 1979 was jointly excavated by provincial, city and county museums. The site is 60 meters long from north to south and 40 meters wide from east to west. On the south side, there is a circular abutment paved with river pebbles, and on the north side, there is a rectangular stone foundation site. Groups of standing stones are built in, all made of processed stones, and the regular edges are outward, so that the edges of the abutment are even. There are neat stone bases on both sides of the platform base site of the square, forming a group of buildings with north-south direction, east-west symmetry and clear priorities.

Gezidong

Pigeon Cave is located on the cliff of Yunshan on the west bank of Daling River in Shuiquan Township, Kazuo County. It is a natural cave formed by long-term dissolution of groundwater. Because there are many wild pigeons living in the cave, it is commonly called pigeon cave. More than 10 kinds of ancient human and animal fossils and more than 300 stone tools have been unearthed in Gezidong site. All kinds of remains and relics left by primitive humans in caves provide valuable information for the study of primitive human life in Paleolithic age in Northeast China. The main cave of Pigeon Cave is tall and spacious, and it is connected with each other from the inside of the cave, with a depth of15m, which is divided into upper and lower floors. There are about 20 caves near the pigeon cave, large and small, among which the famous ones are Tianmen Cave and Shuangmen Cave. There is a skylight on the Tianmen Cave overlooking the sky and water, and there is a winding cloister below, which goes straight to the bottom of the cave and there are many small holes running through it.

Tianchengguan

Tianchengguan is located in Dachengzi Town, Harqin Left-wing Mongolian Autonomous County. Built in the sixth year of Kangxi (1667), it is a typical Taoist building. Tiancheng Guanlou faces south and is arranged in a gossip shape. Initially, it was divided into seven courtyards and more than 300 halls and pavilions with the central axis, covering an area of 10000 square meters. After more than 300 years of vicissitudes, only more than 60 buildings have been preserved so far, covering an area of 2,600 square meters. The main buildings are the Mountain Gate, Qizhen Hall (Spring and Autumn Building), Apocalypse Hall (Sanguan Building), Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Tan Xuan Hall, Lingguan Hall, Huangyuge Hall, Wang Long Hall and the East-West Attached Hall. There are Zhenwu Building, Abbot Hall, Lou Jing and Guild Hall in East Cross Hospital.

Jingyansi ancient pagoda

Jingyan Temple Tower, also known as Minglizhou Tower, is located in the northeast corner of the teaching building of Mongolian high school in Kazuo County. The tower is 34. 1 m high, octagonal brick tower with dense eaves. The ancient pagoda is an equilateral octagon, with a 5-meter-long tower foundation and built by stone bars, 6 meters above the ground. The two floors below the ancient pagoda are the tower body, which is a hollow pavilion, and the seven floors above the tower body are hollow eaves. The whole tower is gray, and each tower top is white. The upper part is stacked with six eaves, and the eaves are decorated with square brick relief, and the circle is "Twenty-four filial piety pictures". There is a lotus seat on the relief. In addition to the front, there are three brick lions carrying flat seats on each side. The platform is the first floor of the tower, with a circular arch door in the south, and stone tablets engraved with the words "eternal" and "immortal" on both sides. The east, south and north sides are fake doors, and the side of the door is embossed Lux, with a ferocious face, wearing armor and holding a sword. The other four sculptures vividly represent eight donkey kong. The tower on the second floor has four doors, which is basically the same as the first floor. There are also eight bodhisattva reliefs, with good looks and different expressions. The seven-story eaves above the tower are all brick-carved arches, and there are brick-carved flowers between the arches. The top of the tower is pointed, and the center of the tower is hollow, leading to the top.

China Tyrannosaurus Kazuo

Tyrannosaurus Kazuo was found in Huaguoshan, Xiaochengzi Village, Dachengzi Town, Kazuo County, Liaoning Province on March 23rd, 2009. China, a Tyrannosaurus Kazuo, was found in Jiufotang Formation of Early Cretaceous in Kazuo County, Liaoning Province, representing the early giant Tyrannosaurus Rex, with a total length of10m. It is the largest known Early Cretaceous Tyrannosaurus Rex in China and even in the world. The characteristics of fossil skulls and intestines are different from those of other Tyrannosaurus Rex, so they represent a new genus and species named "Kazuo".
