Text: It has been more than a year since I entered this school in a blink of an eye. Learning to travel and being an excellent tour guide is my initial dream. During my study at school, I also learned that being a tour guide is not an easy job. The school arranged for us to go out for an internship in this warm spring season in bloom. Let's leave the campus and step into the society to lay the foundation for the future. We are young, we have gorgeous youth, we are high-spirited, but we are not frivolous. The baptism of the storm tests our will, we leave the campus and set foot on the society, and we have handed in a satisfactory answer sheet?
When I was at school, I knew that the tour guide profession was a hard job, and I had to have good physical strength, emergency handling ability and extraordinary language skills! A glib tongue is a must. I resolutely decided to participate in the internship because only practice can test whether I am suitable for this role and whether the textbook knowledge I learned at school has been integrated into my mind. I entered the pre-training of tour guides with excitement and excitement.
I was really excited at the beginning and wanted to learn everything. From the moment I got the guide words, I began to recite them. Well, the guide words are fixed, and then I explained them. Because they are rote tour guide words, they sound like endorsements. Of course, this is not acceptable. There is no way to attract tourists' attention, and tourists will certainly not be satisfied. Let the tour guide's words melt into his own words and tell them to tourists, which will arouse their interest and satisfy them. Visitors will follow the guide's rhythm, which is more conducive to the guide's explanation. There is also the need to deal with emergencies and deal with emergencies in time during the tour. Also fit? The customer is God? In principle, no matter how unreasonable tourists are, they can't be disgusted. To maintain a good relationship with tourists, you can't be cold-faced. This is what a qualified tour guide must do. Ok, the next step is field training.
At first, the company asked us to follow the old tour guide up the mountain and see what the old tour guide said. The old tour guide really speaks well! There is no difference between their explanation and the tour guide words recited. It seems that they have always been familiar with the scenic spots here, and they are completely talking in their own words. I really admired them at first and wanted to know when I would be as good as they said! We followed the old guide several times and got familiar with the route. The company began to test whether we were qualified and sent us up the mountain after the test.
The first time I went up the mountain, I took individual travelers. From the moment I walked out of the guide service center, my heart began to pound, and I was really nervous! After meeting my guests, I gave a welcome speech and took them up the mountain. The mood slowly began to calm down. I told them about all the scenic spots along the way, talking and laughing all the way, and there was no tension at all. It's the first time to take a tourist, and I feel quite successful. The guests didn't speak ill of me, and our tourists were kind and humorous. I feel really lucky. Alas, I was not so lucky the second time. My tourists always say that I am young and inexperienced, and I don't speak well. I am embarrassed, but I have talked about every scenic spot. Why do you say I'm not good at it? Alas? In the next few days, I took everything well and accumulated a lot of experience, getting better and better. The company also began to let me take group guests from travel agencies. I took more than 60 people at a time. Although there are many people, it is still very smooth.
Time flies, several months have passed, and our internship is coming to an end. We should also go back to campus to continue our studies. In these months, I learned a lot of knowledge that I couldn't learn in school, broadened my horizons, enriched my life and improved my social practice ability. I went home with a full load. I am a qualified tour guide in society. On campus, I am still a naive child.
