1. 2. During the period from June 65438+1October 19 to April 1 1 day in 2022 (including that day), all domestic travel agencies that paid the deposit according to law and obtained the travel agency business license applied for temporary withdrawal of the deposit. The standard of temporary withdrawal can be 100% of the payable amount, and the time limit for making up the deposit is March 2023.

3. A travel agency that has obtained the business license of travel agency after April 12, 2022 (including that day) may apply for delaying the payment of the deposit, and the time limit for making up the deposit is March 3 1 day, 2023.

Four, the bank guarantee and the deposit paid by insurance, as well as the deposit frozen by the court, do not belong to the scope of temporary withdrawal and deferred payment.

Local cultural and tourism administrative departments should make careful arrangements, improve the work ledger, guide and urge relevant travel agencies to complete the change and filing of deposit information in time on the national tourism supervision service platform, and report the temporary withdrawal and extension of deposit to the Market Management Department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism before July 2022 1.
