1: Foreign Trade

On January 1, 1996, Turkey established a customs union with the EU. In 2005, it became a candidate country for EU membership and has very close trade relations with EU countries. The realization of the free trade area has enabled the Turkish market to easily cover 996 million consumers, 45% of whom are residents of EU countries!
Two: Tourism
Tourism is one of the important sources of Turkey’s foreign exchange earnings. In 2021, Turkey’s tourism industry ranked fourth in the world!
Turkey attracted more than 45.05 million tourists in 2019, with tourism revenue of US$34.5 billion. Both the number of inbound tourists and revenue reached record highs!
Due to the impact of the epidemic in 2020, Turkey’s tourism industry suffered a certain impact, but it has gradually recovered and continued to grow in 2021. It is expected that Turkey’s tourism industry will return to the level of the golden period in 2019 in 2022! At the same time, the tourism department has set an annual target: by 2023, the number of tourist arrivals will reach 50 million.

Since 2013, the number of real estate transactions in Türkiye has continued to rise. In June 2022, according to a report released by REIDIN, a professional real estate data company in Turkey, house prices in Turkey increased by 13.32% monthly. Compared with the same period last year, house prices in Türkiye increased by 162.23%.
Turkey climate type:
Turkey’s southern and western coasts, bordering the Mediterranean Sea and the Aegean Sea respectively, are known as the temperate Mediterranean climate – summers are hot and dry, while winters are mild and moderate. rainfall. The Sea of ??Marmara coast connects the Aegean Sea to the west and the Black Sea to the north and has a similar climate, but is cooler in both summer and winter.
But in the north, in the coastal areas along the Black Sea, the climate is completely different. Rainfall is highest in this region, especially in the east. It rains here all year round, and despite the rain it can get quite warm (although not very hot) in the summer. Winter temperatures here can reach four to five degrees Celsius, but usually not much lower.
