This book is one of the main teaching materials of tourism management major in colleges and universities in the 2 1 century, the research result of the "Reform Plan of Teaching Content and Curriculum System of Higher Education Facing the 2 1 century" by the Ministry of Education, and also the teaching material of the Tenth Five-Year Plan.
