College of Tourism Cuisine of Yangzhou University (College of Food Science and Engineering) is a secondary college affiliated to Yangzhou University. Founded in 1998, it was formerly known as the Tourism Management Department of Yangzhou Normal University and the Cooking Department of the former business school. There are more than 600 full-time undergraduates/kloc-0, nearly 300 graduate students, more than 50 international students and more than 300 adult students.
The college has six undergraduate majors: tourism management, cooking and nutrition education, food hygiene and nutrition, food science and engineering, food quality and safety, and hotel management. There are doctoral programs in food science and engineering, postdoctoral mobile stations in food science and engineering, three master programs in food science and engineering, tourism management, nutrition and food hygiene, two professional degree authorization programs in biological and medical engineering (food engineering field) and agricultural master program (food processing and safety field), master program in education, master program in vocational and technical education, master program in tourism service direction and master program in tourism management.
