How to plan a trip to Wuyuan, Jiangxi?

Wuyuan scenic spots are scattered, mainly divided into three lines:

Wuyuan Huangling, which retains the unique architectural style of ancient Huizhou, is known as "the most beautiful village in China" with white walls and tiles and staggered mountains. I happened to catch a rain when I went over the weekend, and I enjoyed the lingering dream on the roof tiles of the mountain during the day. In the evening, I can experience the excitement of the rural night market, see the beautiful scenery in the mountains and find the local customs. Half fairy gas, half fireworks gas.

The next day's route planning: Sixiyan Village → Rainbow Bridge → Jujing Village.

Day2 recommends that you go to Sixiyan Village, where you can relax well.

Here you can enjoy Huizhou architecture at close range, such as horse head wall, patio, beam and column, wood carving, brick carving and so on.

Sixiyan Village is a village named Yu. There is a Tongji Bridge built in the Ming Dynasty. The front end of the dock is a semi-ship, and the stern has a "river temple".

On the third day, we only punched in a red maple scenic spot in Shicheng, because we were going back, and the punching time in other scenic spots was not enough, which would be very tired.

How to shoot a mountain village surrounded by mountains and fog actually needs the morning after the rain, and even some people stay for a month, if it is sunny? The fog in the morning may just be fireworks cooked by villagers!

Best shooting time: 06:45-07:30

Best shooting location: a small platform on the village hill. If you can't find the location, you can ask the villagers.

Maple trees in Shicheng? It is the horn of Wuyuan in autumn. Smoke curling up, blue sky and green hills, white walls and tiles, blue bricks and tiles, the pastoral beauty of harmony between man and nature is like a landscape painting with far-reaching artistic conception.

After talking about the scenic spots, let's share some delicious food from Wuyuan. "No meat, no steaming, no vegetarian food and no paste" is a summary of local dishes by the older generation in Wuyuan. Everything is vegetarian. All vegetarian dishes can be cooked in Wuyuan. Now I will focus on the special dishes of Wuyuan.

? Boiled red carp

Legend has it that it was brought to Wuyuan from the palace in the Ming Dynasty. It is a must-have delicacy for local banquets such as Spring Festival, happy events and housewarming. Wuyuan also has the custom of pregnant women eating red carp to protect their babies.

Recommendation: Generally, it is artificially raised in reservoirs such as feed, which matures quickly, but it has a strong earthy smell. Wuyuan also has many cold pond farming methods, with slow growth cycle, but delicious meat and no peculiar smell. You can eat it in the mountain villages around Lushan Village, Jingangling in Tuochuan Township and Beiyuan in Wuyuan.

Wuyuan steamed meat will choose lean meat and some fat meat, cut it thicker, and then rice noodles will be out of date. Vegetarian dishes such as beans, pumpkins, peppers, day lilies and dried eggplant will be placed under the steamed pork and slowly steamed in a firewood stove, so that the steamed pork is fat but not greasy.

Cut the fish into pieces and steam with slow fire, but with two finishing touches. The other is to boil rapeseed oil on charcoal fire, wait for the steamed fish to come out of the pot, pour the boiling vegetable oil in, and you can smell the fragrance through several walls.

? Steamed shredded radish with powder

Wash the sweet and crisp radish, peel it and shred it, stir it evenly with rice flour, salt, a little soy sauce and shredded radish, steam it in an earthen stove or rice cooker, pour hot oil on shredded radish when cooked, and add some chopped green onion to decorate it. Radish shreds change from sweet taste to pink taste, which is very appetizing when mixed with rice.

Cut the peasant tofu into pieces and stir it into rice paste. It seems simple, but you can taste all kinds of human flavors. According to different places or different families, it will be served with different side dishes such as vegetable leaves, diced bamboo shoots, minced meat, mushrooms and shrimps. Lard is its essence, adding a secular fragrance to simple fireworks, which is fresh, smooth and refreshing.

Wuyuan locals will choose a local pepper, cut it into thin slices and sun it on the roof and in front of the house with bamboo boards, which is the main source of spicy taste for Wuyuan people from winter to the end of the next spring. Dried peppers need to be soaked in cold water and then fried.

Play tips:

1. Take a flashlight to visit the Hongfeng Scenic Area in Shicheng. The mountain road is uneven, pay attention to safety.

2. The platform at the top of Shicheng Mountain can shoot from different angles, making super movies.

There are many places to play in Qiling Scenic Area. Ancient trees in ancient villages, terraced flowers and folk customs can all be experienced at one time, and the fare of 100 is quite recommended.
