Where is Qingshan Village located?

Qingshan Village is located about 2.5 kilometers northeast of Pubian, Hongcao Town, with mountains behind and a small plain in front of the village. It is composed of Nanyang Village, Zengcuo Village, Shantouliao Village and Shipai Village. The economy is mainly based on agriculture and forestry. The main varieties of crops include rice, sweet potatoes, and peanuts; the forestry industry focuses on cultivating masson pine and developing fruit planting projects. In 2009, the total population of Qingshan Village was 2,082.

Qingshan Village and Wuwei Village, Jingkou Village, Guangming Village, Xincun Village, Wuya Village, Shihe Village, Chenzhou Village, Sanhe Village, Xihe Village, Nanfen Village, Haiwu Village , Asia Village, Hongcao Community and Pubian Village are adjacent.

On September 24, 2019, Qingshan Village was listed on the list of founding units of Guangdong Province’s “Democracy and Rule of Law Demonstration Village (Community)” in 2018.

Near Qingshan Village are tourist attractions such as Fengshan Ancestral Temple Tourist Area, Red Bay Tourist Area, Coast No. 1 Mountain, Dedao Temple, Zhelang Nanhai Avalokitesvara Tourist Area, etc. There are persimmons, green plums, pear, Chaoshan red crab, vegetable barley, lettuce, thousand-layer cake and other specialties.
