Longyan Gutian Tourist Area 1

Gutian Tourist Area is a national 5A-level tourist attraction, located in Gutian Town, Shanghang County, Longyan City, southwest of Fujian Province, with a planned area of 7.6 square kilometers. It has core scenic spots such as Gutian Conference Site Group and Gutian Conference Memorial Hall, and is one of the "Top Ten Excellent Patriotism Education Bases in China" and "National Red Tourism Classic Scenic Spots".

2. Meihuashan South China Tiger Park

Meihuashan South China Tiger Park Scenic Area is located in Buyun Township, Shanghang, and is connected with Gutian Conference Site Scenic Area. There are more than 50 kinds of rare animals and plants in the scenic spot, such as Millennium Taxus chinensis and South China Tiger. Known as "an emerald in the desert area of the Tropic of Cancer", it is a characteristic scenic spot integrating green ecology, scientific research and popular science, and leisure and holiday.

Meihuashan Nature Reserve is 20km wide from east to west and19km long from north to south, with a forest coverage rate of 89%. The core protected area is 89,208 mu, inaccessible, and it is an important habitat for South China tigers, sika deer and pythons. There is a large-scale large-diameter natural Chinese fir forest in the reserve, which is rare in China.

According to Fujian's records, there are six Meihua Mountains among the twenty "kings of cypress". According to the preliminary statistics of scientific research data, there are nearly 2000 species of plants in the nature reserve, including Eucommia ulmoides, Sabina vulgaris, Maguilin, Scenery Water, Changcang Tiecun, Cunninghamia lanceolata, Hemiptera, Submerged Method and other rare tree species.

There are Cephalotaxus fortunei, Taxus chinensis, Cedar, Buxus buxus, Prunus purpurea, Hemlock and other precious tree species, as well as 65 kinds of bamboo, a large number of precious medicinal materials and rare wild flowers. The superior forest ecological environment of Meihua Mountain has created unique conditions for the growth and reproduction of wild animals, and has become a refuge for wild animals and a natural zoo.

The scenic spot of the former site of Cai Xi Township Survey mainly includes the national key cultural relics protection unit, the Soviet government of Caixi District, the trade union of Caixi District, the Glory Pavilion and the Cai Xi Township Survey Memorial Hall.

The scenic spot was rated as a national 4A-level tourist attraction, and was listed as one of the national 100 red tourist classic scenic spots and 30 national red tourist boutique routes.
