Conditions for tourists to complain.

Tourism complaint is a means for tourists to safeguard their legitimate interests, and it is the behavior of tourism management agencies to deal with tourism quality and other issues. According to the Interim Provisions on Tourism Complaints promulgated and implemented by National Tourism Administration 199 1, complaints must meet the following conditions:

1. The complainants are tourists, overseas travel agencies, domestic travel agencies and employees who have a direct interest in this case.

Two, there are clear complaints, specific complaints and factual basis.

Three, belong to the following provisions of tourism complaints:

1, that the tour operator fails to perform the contract or agreement.

2. It is considered that the tour operators have not provided the service of price and quality.

3. It is considered that the tourist operator intentionally or negligently caused the complainant's luggage to be damaged or lost.

4, that the tourism operators intentionally or negligently caused personal injury to the complainant.

5. It is determined that the tour operator defrauded the complainant and harmed the complainant's interests.

6. Employees of tourism business units accept kickbacks and ask for tips.

7. Other behaviors that harm the interests of the complainant.
