This route planning, Chengdu → Lhasa → Xining, is the most classic combination of Sichuan-Tibet line and Qinghai-Tibet line, with a long distance of about 5,500 kilometers. The progress is 18 days. The average daily speed is 45 kilometers per hour, which ensures the recommended itinerary. I went to the most famous scenic spots on this route, Seda, Daocheng Aden, Nanga Bawa, Bamuco and Namco.

D 1: Chengdu-Tao Ping Qiangzhai-Marcand-Guanyinqiao line: 420KM.

Depart in the morning, go up the Minjiang River, pass Dayu's hometown, Wenchuan earthquake site and Tao Ping Qiangzhai. Visit the Diaolou, and the characteristic houses will be integrated, then pass through the Zhegu Mountain Tunnel, and reach Guanyin Bridge via Marcand, the state capital of Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture. Visit Kannonji, where there are many statues and Buddha statues, and there are cultural relics such as Tripitaka, Thangka and utensils.

D2: Guanyin Bridge-Celestial Burial Terrace-Wuming Buddhist College-Seda

Scene: Wuming Buddhist College on the celestial burial platform.

Will March to Seda, beautiful scenery all the way. After lunch, visit the celestial burial platform, visit Wuming Buddhist College, walk to the top of Buddhist College in the evening, and wait for the sunset quietly.

D3: Seda-Yala Snow Mountain-Tagong Grassland-xinduqiao.

Starting from Seda, passing through Daofu, plateau scenery and Tibetan-style houses, we came face to face. Go to xinduqiao via Yala Mountain, Longdeng Grassland, Tagong Grassland and Tagong Temple. Xinduqiao is known as a photographer's paradise.

D4: xinduqiao-Daocheng-Shangri-La

Pass through Yajiang County via Gaoersi Mountain, cross Scissors Bend Mountain Tunnel, cross Kazila Mountain, and reach Gaocheng Litang. After lunch, cross the Maoya grassland and the red grassland and arrive at Shangri-La.

D5: One-day tour in Aden

In the morning, put on hiking equipment, bring water and dry food, take the first sightseeing bus into the scenic spot, and go to the three most beautiful sacred mountains in Aden (Xiannairi, Yangmaiyong and Shanaduji). Besides the three sacred mountains, there are also several famous scenic spots: Milk Sea, Five-color Sea, Pearl Sea and Luo Rong Cattle Farm.

Tickets for scenic spots+bus: 270 yuan (required), sightseeing bus: 80 yuan (optional), riding to the top: 300 yuan, which will rise to 500 yuan in the peak season (optional, about 70% of people don't go immediately, it is estimated that 10% of people don't go immediately, and there are only 30 horses in the scenic spot, so they have to ride horses.

D6: Aden-Litang-Batang-Mangkang

Depart from Shangri-La, pass through Daocheng and Haizishan Nature Reserve, and arrive at Litang, a high city in the world. After lunch, enjoy the scenery of Maoya grassland and arrive at Haizishan Pass (4685 meters above sea level). At this time, the altitude is already high. Turn to Sister Lake in Gewan and arrive at Batang, the border of Sichuan. Cross the bamboo cage, cross the Jinsha River Bridge, enter Tibet, cross Haitonggou, cross Zongla Mountain, and arrive at Mangkang at about 18:00.

D7: Mangkang-Zuogong-Bangda-Basu

Scene: Tianlu 72 in Nujiang Grand Canyon turns east to Dashan Lancang River.

After Laowu Mountain (4376 meters above sea level), Lancang River Bridge and Jueba Mountain (3940 meters above sea level), the scenery of Dongdashan Mountain is beautiful. After lunch in Zuogong County, climb Mount Yela (4658 meters above sea level) and see the famous "72 turn of Nujiang River" and the Nujiang Grand Canyon on the Sichuan-Tibet line. Remember not to take pictures when crossing the Nujiang Bridge, because it is a national military fortress and the throat of the Sichuan-Tibet line.

D8: Basu-Ranwu Lake-Midui Glacier-Bomi

Scene: Palong Zangbo River and Ranwu Lake Midui Glacier.

Climb Anjula Mountain (4475 meters above sea level) in the morning and reach Ranwu Lake. After lunch in Ranwu Lake, we arrive at Midui Glacier Scenic Area (one of the six most beautiful glaciers in China). After the tour, return to the national highway 3 18 and continue westward for about 100 km to Bomi, the hometown of Tibetan king.

D9: Bomi-Lulang-Linzhi

Scene: Tongmai Natural Insurance Langlang Town Stone Chicken Nanga Bawa Peak

Walk through the virgin forest, go to Tongmai, arrive at Pailongmenba Ethnic Township through Tongmai, arrive at Lulang after queuing dragons, taste stone pot chicken in Lulang, ride horses and shoot arrows after dinner, cross the Lulang forest, see the snow-capped mountains in Sejila Mountain (at an altitude of 4,720 meters), and arrive at Linzhi, Xiaonanjiang, Tibet at about 17:00.

D 10: Linzhi-Benzi Shenshan-Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon

Scene: Yarlung Zangbo River Grand Canyon on Mount Ri.

Go to Gala Village, play along the Yangni River, arrive at Suosong Village via Benzi Shenshan, watch Nanjiabawa Peak at close range, shoot the sunset in Jinshan, and stay in Suosong Village at night.

D 1 1: Linzhi-Gongbujiangda-Mozhugongka-Lhasa

Depart from Bayi Town, drive off the charts to Linla Highway, enjoy the Yangni River along the way, climb Milla Mountain (elevation 50 13m) in the afternoon, enter the birthplace of Songtsan Gampo, and arrive in the holy city of Lhasa in the evening.

1. Tickets for Potala Palace usually need to be booked one day in advance. You should make an appointment with the original ID card or passport at the management office on the west side of Potala Palace. The next day, according to the scheduled time, I arrived at Potala Palace on time and entered the ticket purchase tour.

2. Syracuse in Potala Palace is now free and unlimited. Before entering the Potala Palace and the White House, there is no time limit for sightseeing, but the time limit for visiting the White House is one hour.

You can take photos before entering the White House, but you are not allowed to take photos after entering the White House. Please pay attention.

Potala Palace is a solemn place, so you can't wear casual clothes, shorts and skirts to visit it.

When visiting the White House Palace, in order to show respect, please take off your hat, sunglasses and other decorations, and please consciously abide by them.

6. When visiting Bugong, it is forbidden to carry liquids, lighters, cigarettes and other inflammable and explosive articles.

Cross Tanggula Pass (elevation 532 1 m), go down to Tuotuo all the way, cross Hoh Xil, and see Tibetan antelopes and Tibetan wild donkeys. Cross the Kunlun Pass and enter Golmud with the Qinghai-Tibet Railway.

1. Wolves haunt Hoh Xil from time to time. Please don't get off and chase Tibetan bell sheep without permission, so as to avoid danger or being fined.

Toilets have been built in Hoh Xil, and it is forbidden to urinate anywhere. If found, they will be fined by law enforcement.

3. When crossing Hoh Xil, leave our footprints and take away our garbage.

D 17: Golmud-Chaka Salt Lake-Qinghai Lake
