There are the following tourist attractions in Myanmar:
Ruiguang Golden Pagoda
The Ruiguang Golden Pagoda, also known as the Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon or the Shwedagon Pagoda, is 98 meters high, and its surface is covered with a layer of gold foil. In addition, it is located on the sacred mountain in the west of the Royal Garden, so it is the first in the Yangon skyline.
It is the most sacred stupa in Myanmar, because it enshrines the relics of four Buddhas, including the staff for detaining Kakusandha, the water purifier for Konagamana, the robe of Kassapa and eight hairs of Buddha Sakyamuni.
-the whole tower is covered with gold, plus 4 middle towers and 64 small towers, with more than 27 tons of gold foil. On the golden umbrella at the top of the tower, there are 165 golden bells and 42 silver bells, the top of which is covered with pure gold foil, and the top is set with 4531 precious stones, including a 72-carat diamond.
Uben Bridge
Uben's Bridge, built in 1851, is 1,2 meters long and is the longest teak bridge in the world. Most importantly, all the wood used to build the bridge came from the demolished Awa Palace. There are six pavilions at the bridge head, the middle of the bridge and the end of the bridge respectively, which embodies the "Liuhe spirit" of Buddhism. Ubuntu Bridge is also called "Love Bridge" by Burmese people. When Burmese people are in love, they will come all the way here to climb the bridge and pray for the preservation of these six spirits of harmony and mutual respect forever. The best time to visit Ubuntu Bridge is at dusk, which is the best place to watch the sunset. You can sit quietly by the lake, watch the distant sky gradually change from pale pink to deep red, and the last sunset slowly disappears in the sky, and feel the quiet and peaceful atmosphere here.
The Ruishan Tower
is called the Tower of Hope, which is located in the south of the center of Bagan Plain, and is an excellent place to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Shwesandaw means "golden sacred Buddhist relics", and it is named after the Buddha Buddhist relics collected in the tower to pay tribute to King Pigou.
The tower foundation of Ruishandu is in the shape of a Mayan pyramid, with a square base. There are five steps on all sides of the tower, and there are two octagonal platforms on the top platform, which are covered with bell-shaped white towers to form a seven-level pagoda with clear structure. Ruishan lost its pagoda in the earthquake in 75, and later it was replaced with a new one. The original one was placed in the courtyard south of the pagoda.
As a well-deserved sunset tower, first of all, it is the height, which is the highest altitude that can be climbed on the Bagan Plain after the steps in the tower of his ice yoga tower are closed. Secondly, the location, mainly the great tower surrounding it, can see the great river to the west, the huge Dhammayangyi Temple and the most elegant Sulamani Pahto to the east, the Taban Yoga Pagoda and ananda Temple to the north, and the Buddhist temples around Kabbah Village in Nanming. In the distance to the southeast, the golden dome of Damasca Temple shines in the sunset.
ananda Temple
ananda Temple is located in the east of the Old Bagan ancient city wall. The name of the temple comes from the Buddha's disciples who heard more about Ananda. It is the first big temple in Bagan, and it is also the most elegant and beautiful Buddhist building so far. It is a building in the middle period of Bagan dynasty. The architecture in the style of Meng nationality has the style of North India at the same time, which reflects the evolution of Bagan's early temples to the middle period.
There is a 9.5-meter-high standing Buddha in four directions of the temple, which is recognized as the most solemn and beautiful Buddha statue in Bagan. Among them, the north and south statues were left over from the original, while the east and west statues were damaged by fire and rebuilt in the 18th century. The giant Buddha in the south is the most amazing. When you look at the Buddha statue from a distance, the giant Buddha smiles very kindly, but when you walk to the foot of the giant Buddha and then look up, the dharma becomes solemn and makes people kneel and worship involuntarily.
