The First Season of Flowers and Teenagers is a large-scale reality show of self-help travel for brothers and sisters launched by Hunan Satellite TV, with 8 programs in total. The seven official members of the First Season Program are Cheng Peipei, Zhang Kaili, Summer Xu, Tamia Liu, Li Feier, Zhang Hanyu and Hua Chenyu.

In the program, two "teenagers" and five "sisters" started a backpacking trip from Italy to Spain for 15 days. In this strange country, there is no agent, no assistant, limited daily living expenses and even a completely unfamiliar language.

The first season of Flowers and Teenagers premiered on Hunan Satellite TV at 22:00 every Friday night from 20 14. Close on June 14, 20 13.
