Dali Attractions

1. Foreigner Street

Dali Foreigner Street is located on Huguo Road in the ancient city of Dali, starting from the Yunnan-Tibet Highway in the west. In the ancient city, Dali Foreigner Street was originally called "Guoguo Road", which means that in the early Republic of China, the people of Yunnan opposed Yuan Shikai's proclaimed emperor and got its name from the army to protect the country. Huguo Road runs east-west, 1,000 meters long and 7 meters wide. It is paved with bluestone slabs and starts from the Yunnan-Tibet Highway in the west. It intersects with Boai Road, Fuxing Road and other major streets.

2. Erhai Moon Wetland Park

The wetland ecological park invested and constructed by Dali City to protect the mother lake Erhai has beautiful scenery. Wetland parks of various sizes are dotted throughout the Erhai Basin; this not only reduces the encroachment of production activities on the Erhai Lake and the threat to its ecological functions, but also becomes a good place for citizens to enjoy the cool air, relax, and have cultural entertainment.

3. Haitongue Ecological Park

Dali Haitongue Ecological Park is a long sandbank facing water on three sides. It is a small ecological park on the shore of Erhai Lake. The park is lined with green willows along the coast, and the scenery on both sides is different. The waves crash on the shore on one side, and the waves sparkle on the other. It is picturesque in all seasons and is the best place to watch the Erhai Lake. The scenery on the island is pristine, and you can see large trees and long wormwood; the Erhai Lake deep in the peninsula is also exceptionally clear and blue, making it very beautiful to take pictures.
