According to the general idea of "grasping a bright spot and building three brands", Batang County will focus on "popularization ditch", speed up the development of tourist attractions and infrastructure construction, and attach importance to the management and order improvement of tourist attractions; Efforts will be made to build three major brands: Batang Heizi, Tea Horse Ancient Road Town and Plateau Jiangnan, and further increase the publicity of tourist attractions such as Gongpogou.

Improve traffic development planning and promote highway project construction; Do a good job in coordinating the construction of Haizhu section of National Highway 3 18 and Zhuci Highway; Do a good job in the preliminary work of the 800-way and the popular science ditch tourist highway. Complete the standardized market construction in the county and start the implementation of the "housing project"; Start the construction of Folk Street, Jiangnan Pedestrian Street and Batang Convention and Exhibition Center.
