Jinxiu Dayaoshan Xue Yao Institution's First Member Congress

10 On 6 October, Xue Yao Society of Jinxiu Dayaoshan held its first member representative meeting. The meeting voted to adopt the articles of association and the election method of the meeting, and elected the first director. Mo was elected as the president of Jinxiu Dayaoshan Society, marking the establishment of Jinxiu Dayaoshan Society.

Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County is the earliest Yao Autonomous County established in China, and it is known as the "hometown of Yao people in the world" because there are five branches of Yao people living in it, including Pan Yao, Hualanyao, Chashanyao, Shanziyao and Aoyao. There are many branches of Yao people living in Dayao Mountain in Jinxiu, and the folk customs are the most typical. It is known as "the world Yao research center is in China, and the China Yao research center is in Jinxiu".

Jinxiu Yao nationality has a profound national cultural heritage. Pang Xiaohua, director of the county cultural center, said: Jinxiu owns 1 national intangible cultural heritage and 9 intangible cultural heritage at the autonomous region level, including "Yao people wear mountains", "Yao medicine" and "Jinxiu Yao costumes".

It is reported that in recent years, the county has held high-level cultural summits such as "The First National Yao Culture Summit Forum and Guangxi Laibin Jinxiu Tang Sheng Tourism Festival" and "Guangxi Jinxiu World Du Yao Ecological Health Culture Festival". The propaganda and culture department concentrated on literary and art workers to create two stage plays that truly reflect the history and humanity of Yao people, namely, Charm of Yao Capital and Deep Brand of Yao People, which were officially performed to tourists in May and September this year respectively.

Mo Jinshan, a professor at Guangxi University for Nationalities, said that the establishment of the Xue Yao Society of Jinxiu Dayaoshan further promoted the research work of Jinxiu Yao in history, politics, economy, culture, education and health, and also built a good platform for scholars of Jinxiu Yao from all over the country to conduct academic discussions and exchanges on Yao culture.

On the same day, letters of appointment were also issued for the first director and director of Xue Yao Society in Dayaoshan, Jinxiu. The meeting adopted the 20 16-year work plan of Xue Yao society in Jinxiu Dayaoshan.
